Some of our food was good, the rest was cold and old.

The Mc Crispy was fresh and good, but the junior chicken was cold and stale.
The chicken nuggets were half fresh, half old. A few were inedible.

Unfortunately this seems like par for course at McDonald's now, so I expect less and less each time I go.

We went to drive through last night and they charged $2 for ice cream cone! EVERY OTHER LOCATION CHARGES $1!
Either this specific location is charging more for no reason or staff are not trained.

Service is slow at 11: 20 pm.
The sandwiches that we purchased were 1/3 size smaller than what I remembered, wow… I haven’t been to McDonald’s for quite sometime, turned out that I didn’t miss anything! There are better fast foods.

This is absolutely the worst managed McDonald’s ever. I ordered drive thru and they always ask me to pull over and wait. It’s annoying when you have to go and wait all the time.

To the lady who got very angry at me for not hearing her call my order this morning, someone dear to me just died today. I understand that you might have been having a bad day or be tired but please do not be rude to anyone you never know what people are going through

What's the point of a drive thru when you make everyone pull out of it and park every time?

By far the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s.
This place needs new management and the night time staff need better training. There’s always a unbelievable long amount of wait time for them to take your order. It’s absolutely unacceptable to wait 20 minutes just to order and another 10 minutes for your food to get prepared.

Ordered through the app. Good deal, quick-ish service. I think the employees are way underpaid. Place is clean and well lit.

My recent visit to McDonald's left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I had high hopes for a delicious cheesy treat, but instead, I ended up paying double for absolutely nothing. The experience was a complete letdown, and I must say that the customer service was equally terrible.
When I inquired about the lack of cheese in my order, the staff's response was baffling. They claimed that what they served me was the standard cheese, which is hard to believe considering I couldn't even detect a hint of cheese flavor. It's unacceptable to pay double the price for a simple bread and not get the promised ingredients.
This incident has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will certainly think twice before visiting McDonald's again. It's disheartening to see such a renowned fast-food chain failing to deliver on its basic promises. Paying double for a disappointing meal with zero cheese is simply unacceptable.
I urge other customers to reconsider their decision to visit McDonald's if they value quality and good customer service. There are plenty of other options available where you can enjoy a satisfying meal without feeling cheated.

Late tonight at the drive-thru the only person staffed had a challenge. Suffice to say she should not have been working alone. I was at the speaker for 10 minutes then went to the window and she didn't check for cars once. Myself and several other customers tonight just left. I blame management for what happened tonight. The lady was clearly struggling. I know McDonald's is an equal opportunity employer and it's great, however, some people can't work independently and need help. Plus it was late. Even the police started to get impatient and couldn't wait to be gone. Another night in the drive through. July 2nd 23. No one is being served. People out here burning expensive gas ️

Food was mid like any other McDonalds, but they had their ice cream machine working so that was a huge bonus. At the cashier, the worker there was super rude to me and my friends, when we asked what kind of drinks there were, she was super annoyed and told us to go look ourselves. I didn't like the customer service, but everything else was ok.

Too bad that they don't have a patio, otherwise I could enjoy the ice-cream with my dog there.

The place is a little messy quite often and either the tissues, ketchup or something else is missing. Overall there is always plenty of seating and the food is preety standard for a McDonald's. The only issue is the wait times. Everytime I would come here the wait times to order and get the order itself would be at least 10 minutes even for small items like coffee or an ice cream

They forgot ketchup for my fries and sweet and sour sauce for my chicken nuggets. Honestly, I eat my fast food for the sauce, and it was so disappointing to see there was no sauce after they checked with me twice.

Placed a DoorDash order consisting of 20 chicken nuggets, two drinks, two fries, and a cheeseburger with extra pickles and ketchup. COMPLETE disappointment. Not only did they forget the nugget sauce with my order, but they also gave me the wrong drink. On top of that, the cheeseburger I ordered with extra ketchup barely had any ketchup. They literally messed up EVERY part of my order except for the fries: (Would not recommend ordering from here through DoorDash

Got a kids meal for my son, they forgot dipping sauce for nuggets. And I really miss seeing the happy meal boxes, kids meal just comes in a bag which isn't very kid friendly.

Worst of the worst.
Not even a little bit sign of food safety rules and regulations in these places. Numerous flies on eating areas and washrooms were absolutely disgusting.
Whoever is managing the business, does not care about customers.

This location is absolutely horrible.if your in the area Bayview location is much quicker. This location is more focused on drive thru times than service.non stop parking of vehicles from drive thru.to wait for your order.even if nobody behind you they'll park you. When you do get your food you'll be missing the ketchup you requested.along with the straw.that's if you get the right order.they have 7 or 8 cars parked one person running around a very active parking lot juggling multiple orders. Not to mention they're frappe machine has been down for almost 2 months.horrible!

This McDonald's store was good, bad to worse. There was nobody at the cashier that much except for the manager. It takes 7 minutes to be served at the cashier at this place. I was looking to buy something but I changed my mind.

This place was way too busy. They told me I would have a 5-minute wait, but, it ended up being more than 15. I saw my number was being served and went up to the counter, and the employee told me that they had called it long ago. Total lie. I was standing nearby and would have heard. I heard another customer complaining that they had to wait for 18 minutes! Packed with high school kids even though it was about 4: 00 p.m. I will not make the mistake of going there again.

Completely messed my order up and then instead of giving my my 6 hash browns that I ordered with my breakfast combos the just switched them for fries without even asking me. Not to mention they even shorted that as well
The customer service is horrendous.

The drive-through operators arent always friendly. Your order is always wrong and the food is put together in a sloppy manner.

This location is within proximity to a local high school that High School has about 2000 students and staff and McDonalds employee DARLENE is consistently and has been for years harassing and threatening students that come into the McDonald’s for lunch and after school. It’s necessary to identify bullies to hold them responsible for their actions and to OUT them otherwise they continue bullying. This employee is discriminating against the students. She is a bully and is belligerent rude and threatens them with calling the police, even though they are patronising and purchasing food and drink. She threatens to call the police for just being there. She won’t allow them to sit down. She tells them they have to leave. This has been happening for years. I feel that the manager Sarah is already aware and hasn’t done anything. McDonald’s is supposed to be a fun place for children of all ages and McDonald’s is also known to have good customer service. This is absolutely abysmal and unacceptable. These students come in and that restaurant profits from their money. They should be treated with respect and not harassed and bullied by a disgruntled embittered discriminatory employee. Lastly, it is of great concern considering there are many teenage student employees within your organisation so if she is treating customers this way how well is she treat her fellow coworkers? In some cases its a students first job working there. The other employees can’t do anything because Darlene bullies them into silence and has been working there behaving this way for years.

Whoever was working Tuesday 12: 29 am needs to be fired. Lineup was insanely long went 6 - 7 cars across the street. Each car took between 10 - 15 mins. As there are 2 lines they only took the order from the right side several times. Left the line altogether. After about 30 mins and only 2 cars went through.

The workers are very disrespectful and very bias i got kicked out of the store for asking for a water cup
