McDonald's

A nice and clean McDonald. Very comfortable with different type of seats to fit your style. A very nice game room for the kids. You can easily spend few hours there comfortably like sitting in a nice cafe. The cleaning lady is extremely hardworking, nonstop working to ensure there is no garbage/mess on the seats/floor, plus she always has smiles on her face. We will definitely come again.

Never order after midnight take out or delivery. Food is cold when delivered. Not drives falt macdonalds is at fault for cold food

Very clean and organized. The burgers looked very fresh. The staff was very friendly and still well mannered. We live in brampton, but it was nice to see an amazing service in the Collingwood area! Hats off to the manager.

Doug, the manager, was really nice and so were his staff. We had a good meal. Prices have gone up but the staff can't do anything about that.

They have a 24 hour fast food lane which was great to see. I was really hungry at 520am and they were open. The service was quick and polite.

Usually McDonald's food but service was significantly better than any McDonald's I've ever been to in North America.

One of the best mcdonalds out there! We are local and have visited for 10years. The owner is there often and I can't count how many times he's given our kiddos ice cream! Their drive-through does well most of the time and the inside always feel clean.

The staff was very helpful. The counter folks took time to help me decide. I was looking for vegetarian options.

Dec10 I was brought to Collingwood due to a family emergency. We decided to get some food after a long wait at the hospital. Unsure of where to go, but not wanting to get too far from the hospital, and driving through an unfamiliar, yet very beautiful town, we found the familiar arches. We got a big Mac meal and a fillet of fish meal. They forgot our straws. We were eating in the dark back at the hospital and I thought the ketchup was bad. It turned out it was a different brand, but I'm still unsure if it was bad or supposed to taste that way. The fillet of fish and the bun were oddly chewy, and after taking multiple bites wondering where the sauce was, I opened it to see two dots. The pictures actually look like there was more than there was. The majority was just a thin smear. The Big Mac apparently tasted weird with a chewy bun, too. The pickle and majority of the lettuce was outside the bun and had to be put on it. The fries were good though half full. We wish we got Pizza instead or that the lovely looking dinner at the corner by the hospital was open.

I was ordering my breakfast and the person taking my order was completely rude and unprofessional. Horrible!

Whatever happened to the McDonalds where you could get a quick low price meal. Reason for 3stars - Quality of food for price of food.

Never had my order messed up but it is very unimpressive to see the girls at the front sitting on their phones and laughing instead of doing orders that are very clearly on the screen for them to do

First time in a long time eating in April 14 2023 at 5: 14 pm.
What a dirty place to eat and don’t get me started on the fly buzzing me. The managers should be ashamed. Oh a fella is cleaning now that another customer asked for their table to be wiped. After the last couple of years we have lived you should keep it cleaner. Maybe close the eat in part of the restaurant if you can’t maintain it.

Ordered 3 combos + 20 nuggets and two wraps. Big Mac meal was ordered no onions, no pickles and extra sauce. The Big Mac I got was extra onions, extra pickles and no sauce. It was take out on my way home after a really long day. I was so disappointed to get home and see that my portion of the food was so screwed up, especially since I paid for the entire order and l very seldom indulge in McDonald’s due to finances. I live too far away to simply return and have the order corrected. The restaurant wasn’t even remotely busy at the time. I doubt I’ll be returning.

I’ve gotten an awful tasting diluted coke from this McDonald’s on several occasions over the last six months, why? You really have to push the syrup to empty?
It’s literally like ~25% of the time I order.

Went to mcdonalds in collingwood on March 8 tried there big Mac mcchkin it was lost robery really thin you couldn't even eat it not worth the money wouldn't recamend it
