I don't go here, but we had to give 5 stars for the impact of this store's design. It's all over clipart, stock photos, and games.

Crowded McDonald's and busy all the time, food the same as all McDonald's and the service is "ok" because staff doesn't have time for anything, not even a good morning.

The service was efficient and prompt. Despite the busy restaurant, the staff managed to handle orders swiftly, ensuring minimal waiting time. I appreciated their attentiveness to detail, as they accurately prepared my order exactly as requested.

The food quality exceeded my expectations. The burgers were delicious, with juicy patties and fresh toppings that added to the overall flavor. The fries were perfectly cooked, hot, and crispy, offering a delightful accompaniment to the main meal. I was also pleased with the variety of menu options available, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences.

The cleanliness of the dining area was impeccable. The tables were spotless, and the floors were well-maintained. It created a pleasant and inviting ambiance, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Moreover, the restaurant had a welcoming and family-friendly environment. The seating arrangements were comfortable, and the play area provided an entertaining space for children, making it an ideal choice for families.

Overall, my visit to McDonald's was a truly positive experience. The exceptional service, delicious food, and clean environment made it a memorable dining outing. I would gladly return to McDonald's and recommend it to others seeking a satisfying and enjoyable fast-food meal.

At night time in drivethrow have to wait like 35 minutes onlye for one 10 chicken nuggets combo need for more employees

Drive through was really busy & yet he took the order patiently & politely.
Took the perfect order as requested by my gang (my friend's) & then he informed all other to make sure the order is perfect as ordered. (Which was)

Always used Drive through, never dine in here. Place is okay but the service is pretty fast, never have to wait for more then 3 mins. Get what you ordered, fresh fries as well.

The drive-through opens for 24 hours and it is quick. Morning hours get but busy with all the construction happening in finch area.

Today friday morning, serving is very slow and coffee taste very bland. Lady was using her bare hand to make sandwiches as well.

Every time I order through delivery they always get my order wrong and or forget items. I recently ordered a poutine and when I opted the box it was just plain fries. I’m kinda upset because I paid more for a poutine and didn’t get my moneys worth.

This locations sucks! Employees who work here does NOT have the skills to work in the SERVICE industry! Try to avoid going to this location because as it will just ruin your day. Bad energy, bad service none is good at this location at all! Today I thought it will be different but no! Consistently BAD maybe try hiring at least someone with COMMON SENSE

It's awful ordering from Uber eats or even in person. The manager, a big guy was clearly stressed and was showing some attitude towards customers, they were all busy with deliveries and drive through, we were waiting 10 mins before someone even approached us to take our order. Then when we received our orders, my big mac was all messy and my husband got the wrong burger, but it was already too late to say something and ask for an exchange, we had already been waiting like 20 minutes and weren't gonna wait more to have lunch. The lady before us was waiting about the same amount of time and she only ordered fries.

Update** nothing has changed, this time I asked for extra pickles and just got the regular amount and barely any ketchup or onions, it looks depressing.

Just ordered a McChicken Meal, fries were soft, and almost cold. McChicken sandwich itself the patty was almost stiff, no taste.tasted like it sat for a while! Ridiculous!

My daughter had a coupon 1 can dine and the guy told her the coupon was used already? And charged her full price? Like excuse me? It came out from the McDonald's coupon book! Never again! Update we spoke to a supervisor and she explained the computer was not working and is sorry about the situation she asked that my daughter go see her Tommorrow. Update only a free ice cream given was to be a Mcflurry turned out to be vanilla ice cream in cup. Meal deal they told my daughter she had to pay half the price again stating coupon has been used? Supervisor was not in at all as she said she would be.

Was there yesterday. I've been going to this place for over 20 years at least every 3 weeks when I'm up that way for some appointments. Yesterday was the worst and I will definitely NOT be back. 20 minutes wait time until I got my order.
- First off at the order window the staff were giggling so much none of them could take our order. We waited at least a minute listening to them giggle before they asked us to drive up to the next window to order.
- drove up to the next window and more giggling for at least another minute until the person could gather herself and take my order.
- drove through to pay. As we are paying another customer drive and cut in front of us. We waited for at least 10 minutes watching what was going on. Seems the staff has all the orders wrong. We watched the exchange and argument and saw return and refund! Customer was NOT happy given the gestures we saw from our vehicle.
- finally it's our turn and she confirms a complete different order for us from what we ordered. Clearly it was like a circus! None of the 3 people we encountered at the pick-up window could get our order right. Finally it took the first person at the order window to come and confirm our order. RIDICULOUS!
- 20 Minutes at a drive through for a breakfast sandwich combo?
- when we asked if they are serious about their job and getting orders right they just didn't seem with giveva hoot!

It all explained why the customer who cut us off was annoyed returned his order and requested their money back.

I was ready to do the same but I was already late for my 9am appointment because of their nonsense.

By the time we were done there were so many cars behind us waiting. I can only imagine what a circus it must have been for each car.

It was clear none of the staff we encountered cared to do anything right. I've seen some bad service but this? I have I can say is more than enough to shut down a business if it continues.

I'd rather go elsewhere and will NEVER be back here.

Someone plz explain to me when Mc Donald's won't do refills or have there ketchup where I can get it my self

Parked me for an order of 1 Jr. Chicken on the drive thru which I ordered before hand on the app. Disappointing service.

I had stopped going to that location because of the bad service, today April 01,2023 I went again and I realize that everything remains the same. I ordered 4 meals to take out, when I got home I realized that the long potatoes were only half full and the 4 drinks (3 sprites and a zero coke) had no flavor at all. The worst restaurant in Toronto I've ever been to.
