Last time I went to McDonald's was before March 2020. Food quality and taste is not the same. It has definitely gone down.

Better than other McDonald’s! I get morning coffee from here twice a week in from drive-thru. My coffee always seems fresh and taste the same every time.

Employee are friendly, get the order right. This location offers 24 hours Drive-thru. Break hours not that busy compared, and wait time is less to none to other locations.

Efficient service. They really need to open the kid's playground. What is going on! The rest of the world has moved away from Covid, but McDonalds is lagging behind.

The taste of the fries was bad, possibly cooked in old oil.
The service was quite slow, and it took longer than expected to receive my order. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant left something to be desired - tables and floors were not properly cleaned, which made the whole atmosphere feel uninviting.

Overall, I was not impressed with this McDonald's location and would not recommend it to others.

Its a good Mcdonalds, if you compare it to other Mcdonalds. It has good food, and good drinks.
Wait times can be a bit long, and sometimes theres really weird people sitting inside, making it uncomfortable to sit.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff members were rude, and none of them didn’t know what they were doing but the manager or assistant manager whatever her position was, she was the worst of them all.

Not crowded in early weekend mornings. But be patient for your orders if visiting during busy lunch and dinner hours.

Store closes at 10 pm, and they do not allow in person pick-up at the store, even if you sent mobile pick-up orders to the store by mistake after they closed.

Drive-thru is open 24 hours, but they do not allow in person pedestrian orders or pick-ups at the drive-thru window, without the driver and passengers sitting INSIDE a motorized vehicle powered by fossil fuel or renewable energy with minimum of 4 wheels, even if you sent mobile orders for pick-up to the store by mistake after they closed at 10 pm daily.

Bicycles and motorcycles with fewer than 4 wheels, regardless motorized or powered exclusively by muscular energy, and if the driver is riding OUTSIDE the vehicle, as well as walking human beings or animals without any eligible motor vehicle, are all not allowed and will not be served at drive-thru after the store closed.

I asked for fresh fries, no salts. I got cold fries. Lots of salts, burger patties or cold. The service was terrible. I'll never go back to this location

At first everyone took care of me very well, it’s just that you have to pay a lot of attention to what people order, they didn’t give me my full order.

Worst mac d location in gta. No customer service at all. Management seriously need to work on their services.

Bad experience i dont know if they are out numbered or whatever’s but I order online and I still have to wait for the order and they told me that we dont take online orders I was like ohh is this real then I waited for my order then they just handed me half the order they forget half order that was horrible I had to wait 20 mins for two smoothies. McDonald’s should look into this what does it means that they are not taking online orders then why is it on the app that very very very low standards

Worst location terrible customers service, disrespectful staff but seems accepted as a workplace norm by management. Valuable lesson don’t eat Mcdonald’s.

Did get food, used services to conduct a meeting for free. McDonald's allowed that. They have now improved my life to meet people, make money and move on for free. I did not eat or drink. Very friendly staff. Too busy to know I was there.

Mc donald’s has a great system.weston and finch Mc donald’s need to change management.disrespectful current management.

Overall the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They have to deal with stupid high school kids everyday god bless.

This location uses extremely old oil to fry the fries and nuggets. When I called and complained they said the oil is old that's how it is. This is the closest location to my house but I will not return here again.

If you want reheated food come here. Otherwise throw your money in garbage is better. This location from the top to the bottom have something wrong with them

When I visit this location the staff is friendly and polite. Sometimes when I go they are busy but they still try to keep a happy mood going amounts themselves to get through the rush.

Absolutely ridiculous, ordered fish filet combo with orange juice and the oj was SO watered down… it’s like they put teaspoon of orange flavouring in a cup of water. And the medium fries were halfway full.

I have to admit that I have been eating McDonalds for quite a long time. One of my favourite McDonalds take away is the Big, the Glorious, the Golden Crown among all other burgers is the Big Mac. I could eat 3 Big Mac's in one sitting. Hmmmmmm, just thinking about it, wants me to go pick it right now. Thanks to Uber eats, we now have the luxury of ordering McDonalds where ever we are, picking it up at any time. There's also a McDonald's app that can help with the ordering as well. The most convenient option available at every McDonalds is those ordering computers available to use. That is probably the best move made by McDonalds. Apart from the Big Mac, some of my other favourite options to choose from is the Cheeseburger, the McDouble, the Hamburger and the Chicken Snack Wraps. McDonalds will also be near and dear to my heart and I will forever try their new favorites that come out on a month to month basis.
