How sad a corporation like them the points expire before you know it disgusting hor greety they are

Ordered crispy chicken wrap & the wrap was just rolled not wrapped properly, tasted very 'old'. Had a medium coffee which is apparently now the small size and they gave me black when I ordered it with cream.
The cashier honestly had a very strong sweat/body odor and seemed to struggle to understand us.
Definitely would not recommend this location at all.

This particular McDonald's is well managed as the service and food quality is always perfect in all ways. A high standard level and excellent training are evident at this McDonald's. I will for sure return again.

My kids got sick with the flu at this location due to the lack of cleanliness at his place. Garbage bins left overflowing, tables covered with ketchup and garbage all over the place. Spilled fries under the tables. Too many teenagers just hanging out for hours at a time during the school week. They should have 30Min max. Same with people that dine in 30min-1hr max. The workers also only hire a certain type of individuals that speak in their native languages that are rude to customers. This location desperately needs a head office manager to train the morning, lunch and evening staff properly. Otherwise this will be a ongoing issue.

Second time ordered through food delivery, restaurant did not even check that there was food inside the happy meal box. Only received the toy. Sad to say I had some very disappointed and hungry kids. Manager didn’t offer how to remediate the situation of offer an apology. Bad customer service.

One of the best wings and these wings are rooster size, so they are very big. Their food is very fresh.

The worker thought it was appropriate to give me $45 worth of $5 and $34 worth of toonies. Absolutely mind boggling to think that is something that normal people do without some sort of thought process. It’s a good thing McDonald’s are independently owned and there’s one across the street. Will NEVER come back here. Better yet take your business outside of this city, completely.

To the manager Michael! If grown adults asks for medium cup for water maybe try to stop being petty and give them a medium cup. I get that you get a little kick from denying people water cups but we were genuinely thirsty and didn't want a small happy meal juice cups.

P.s. You need retraining for being mean, dismissive and arrogant

Worst McDonald's you could probably go to. They've shut down better locations. They refuse to serve you at the counter. They park you for over 15 minutes when you go to the drive thru. They lock the doors early and then tell you can't get order you've already paid for. Trust me.its worth the drive to go to ANY OTHER McDonald's go to Millcreek or Glen Erin at least you'll get what you ordered.

Best place in the heart of Meadowvale for some late night food and summer treats. Dine-in, Lounge, Drive-thru available. Vanilla cone here is my cheap thrill!

I wish I could give 0 starts. The overnight staff at this location are unbelievably rude and inconsiderate… a friend and I visited this location we ordered and realized we forgot an item in our order so we nicely asked if they could add it at the window. She rudely responded and refused to add a single junior chicken and made us drive all the way back around even when I offered to park out front. She got even more aggressive with her words and refused. When we drove back around my friend realized that the food they just handed to us was ice cold as if it came out of a fridge, so I politely asked if they could remake fresh food. AGAIN the response was extremely tasteful and she told me I had to drive back around the long drive through in order to get hot food THAT I PAYED FOR.when we got to the window I finally refused to move and when our food was ready she basically threw it at me. As a former McDonald’s employee and current hospitality worker this type of service and absolutely unnecessary and unjust.

I needed some info about ordering a bulk order for a drink and the general manager was such a rude person, she was not taking the business seriously and ignored me over few bucks orders. So disappointed, I would never want to talk to such bad managers, then I talked to the manager nav, she gave me all the possible details she could in her capacity. She should be promoted to be the general manager of the branch instead.

Finally a branch with play area for kids! It's weird why most branches don't have the play area anymore! McDonald's usually = play area for kids.

I could not eat my meal at peace, there were like 15 students making noise. Running inside and out of the restaurant.
It was very loud.

Worst service, absolutely unprofessional staff who don't even know how to cook their own menu.

It never fails. Any time I order from this location, they screw something up. I ordered a Quarter Pounder, NO CHEESE, and added bacon, I inevitably end up with a quarter pounder with TWO cheese slices.and half the time they forget the bacon. The fries are frequently soggy and lacking any salt.

I work in the quick food industry and I know sometimes things can get missed, but this is all day parts and all sales avenues (Drive Thru, delivery, in restaurant) and too frequent to be ignored.

Nicely decorated and looks newly renovated. But floors and tables are kinda dirty. Ketchup on floors not cleaned up lots of trash on tables.

REVISING my original rating because I have seen much improvement. They do still take a while to make/give you your food, but their service has become much better and they have not given me the wrong order in a while.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They more often than not get your order wrong, take extremely long to make/give you your food, and are extremely rude. I have also seen managers not treating their employees properly and a lack of respect and appreciation. I previously worked as a shift manager for 5 years at 3 McDonald's and I cannot understand how there is no improvement at this location. The only reason why I keep returning is because it is in a convenient location and close to home.

Maybe if the management team was properly trained on providing great customer service and respecting their employees then change may happen.

Not very good the food was not put together fell apart and the service is bad if you don't like customer service find a new job because anyone in customer service is there to help customer and without customers we wouldn't have a job
