I barely come here and when I do, I wait too long for the 1-2 items I order and it’s come out wrong more than 80% of the time. Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had to deal with. I would recommend finding the nearest wall in your room and ordering thru there. Basically same results

I ordered, 2 big macs and double cheeseburger and happy meal, for my children.when ı came to home double cheeseburger not found in box…. Employee need to be patient, ı did not get my money worths….

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I complained to agent that fries were cold. She repurposed the fries and gave them to me. I tried it and still was cold and was forced to pull up to wait on fries. No apologies no anything. Horrible service! Avoid at all costs!

I love coming to this McDonald's! They have lots of staff and get rid of you very fast. I like the Filipino lady that gives me the food and the black girl that takes my money in the 1st window, they are always courteous and in a good move. Plenty of parking here even for a big truck like mine. I recommend it!

Ordered a double filet o fish and only received 1 patty. Lady at the window was extremely rude and tried to hide the fact that they were deceiving me.

The fries were freezing as well as my chicken nuggets. We didnt receive a single straw and one chicken nugget looked like someone bit half off and I had one they counted as a chicken nugget that looked like the number 8 and was nothing but the breading they use to coat the nuggets and it was tiny 3/4 inch. Very disappointed.

A typical McDonald's but with a play place. Nice to have with young children.

2019 3 Typical McDonald's. Food. Nothing overly amazing but the food is ok.

I ordered 20 nuggets on late Saturday night. They are so hard and cold. What a disappointment.

My main complaint is that they never use their "pick up here" screen properly. Always bumping off orders immediately, so you really never know if your order is finished or not. I wish they would follow this according to policy.

This place is sinking because of night staff. They have zero hospitality skills, rude, unnecessary attitude. As soon as they know some customers passing by for work they close the doors. They accepted my mobile order and asked me speak through drive mic first then they will give me order.

Don't take $100 bills because staff are incompetent and can't distinguish whether they are real or fake but will take any other notes so if you have 5s 10s 20s 50s take here

I bought vanila cone and before on way to airport i shopped at here.

Probably only the last McDonald's I've seen that has the play place. Can't believe it's still operating the play place.

Honestly, i go here regularly and i’ve NEVER had a bad experience. The workers are all so nice and the customer service here vs other locations is unmatched.

Our go-to McDonald’s spot. It’s decent, minus the one time they forgot to give us the beef patty inside our burger. Usually always a long line at this McDonald’s whether for lunch or late night eats.

Everybody works here needs to go to McDonald lasile and sheppard learn how to work properly!

It was hard to keep track of the status of my order as the call number disappeared from the board. They could have kept the number on the board if the order was not ready. Otherwise, the service was okay.

I seldom want drink with my sandwich but I asked Sprite today and it wasn’t cold and ice machine didn’t work!

The dirtiest McDonald I’ve ever seen! Terrible washroom no cleaning at all!
Napkins need to ask for it, and only give you 2-3.

Super friendly staff, place is clean and you don't get the normal McDonald vibe there. Probably the best McDonald's restaurant in that area

Food is good and hot, restaurant is clean but washrooms are always disgusting. Get your act together. This is embarassing.

This mc donalds is usually alright, but every now and then, they get staff that likes to take their leasurly time to make the drinks and put together the orders. I waited over 20 minutes for a single tea and already had my food for 15 minutes. I can understand if some one is new and not knowing how to do things but the persin at the front making drinks is often just looking like she is lost or sinply thinks there is no rush to getting peoples drinks ready. This morning, they had 15 drinks waiting to be filled, and they were only quickly adding up the longer she took. Tho, this does not help that the drink maker also has to do cashier and get donuts and muffins. I also had to ask them to get a different cup cause i watched the girl handle money and then grab the cup she was going to make my tea in by the inside lip of the cup.

They didn’t had McNuggets so we had to settle with cheese burgers for the Happy Meals. The screen gave an error and didn’t print our receipt. When we got our order, it was wrong: we ordered the burgers without onions and pickles and they came with that. They also didn’t had ketchup (? !) and the restaurant was very filthy.

Missing my chicken nuggets order.tried to call in the store to asking for my points back. No one picks.couple of bucks but yikes.

Tonight March 25,2023 at around 9.05 PM I ordered a DECAF coffee and a diet coke. Received old and cold coffee. Asked to replace.
I was told there is no fresh DECAF coffee and I should wait. I agreed.

She told me I should wait inside to pick. I disagreed as I couldn't. She quickly gave me Caffeniated coffee and shut the window with anger.
I can't take non decaf coffee at night.

Possibly not a big deal but for sure I am not the only one.

I drained the coffee.
