AVOID, there was a Roach in my delivery bag. The customer service is a joke. If I could give negative stars I would.

This location one of worst I have ever seen. Staff don’t use gloves nor kitchen tongs, putting sandwich stuff one by one by bare hands. I asked why don’t you use gloves, they said it’s not allowed to use gloves by MacDonalds policy. Then I asked why don’t you use kitchen tongs in that case, answer was it’s unconventional to use them… I am speechless

DON'T order from here I had a ROACH in my food! Their Kitchen is contaminated! When I called they shut the phone on me 3 times! AVOID this location.

About what you'd expect from a McDonald's, which is a compliment really because everything is planned and run so well. For this location I liked the home kitchen decor feel of letting patrons put their art on the wall. It was also nice to see they encourage patrons to sort garbage to be more environmentally responsible. Likewise for the wooden spoons

85% of the time, drive thru orders are wrong. I live in the area and frequent this McDonalds and they very often get our order wrong. Given the several one star reviews, the head office should be taking measures to discuss this with management and take the necessary actions to correct this recurring issue.

How the heck do these people call themselves a 24/7 restaurant? !
I went there and saw 3 workers eating in my face and watching live broadcast after getting the doors locked so no one can come inside, saying the systems are down instead of serving people

I love this McDonalds chain, mainly because of its service. There is a worker there named James Seward. I think you should give him a promotion. This is not biased because I do not know James Seward. I am not his friend from school because I don't know what school he goes to. But you should give him a promotion for sure.

The service is horrendous.waiting 30 minutes for a simple order.food is always messed up.unorganized.orders are not in order.overall a horrible restaurant.

Only ordered an ice cream but drive through moved quickly. However, getting out of the plaza is a nightmare on busy days. Hard to make the left turn onto the side road.

Poorest customer service. They Made me to wait for nothing while my order was ready to pick up & watching at it. They don't really care for customer in front of them.

Unfortunately not much has changed, I hate to give a bad review but food was dry, warm at best, and did take a bit longer than expected to receive. Stopped eating there but decided to give it another try.

I order Big Mac and become the burger it’s not even fresh ice cold burger that’s very bad I pay for it I m not coming this location any more

Just left. Order was right but the girl who handed me 2 large cokes over filled they were spilling all over me and my car dripping when she handed them to me. I told her they're spilling in my lap and she proceeded to laugh at me. Very unprofessional

This is the worst McDonald’s, I went in and asked for a cup of water and they refused, they said they do not give out cups of water and I would have to pay for a cup, bc people make a “mess” I asked what’s the difference if I buy a cup and make a mess? The manager says well at least you paid for a cup. I asked for her name and she said “they are not required to give out names. She is a manager and very rude! Avoid this McDonald’s as there are always complaints. I have made posts all over social media and the local news.

McDonald's is McDonald's, the service is top notch, everyone is friendly, everything is fast. Delicious coffee.

I ordered a coffee, large 3 cream when I got it it tasted so strong I am positive that they could not of put in three cream so I go through the drive-through to ask for more cream. The guy gave me three cream packets. I add that to my coffee, but it is still so strong that it is undrinkable, it’s almost like somebody made a mistake and put more coffee packets than they were supposed to when they were perculating it I couldn’t drink it I had to throw it away.

I’ve visited this location several times but mostly just the drive through. As with others, I don’t often get my food at the window, no matter how small my order or how little other customers there are. That aside, it’s still relatively quick, I’ve never had a wrong order or had to go back, and the staff are quite friendly.

It wasn’t super clean in the dining area when I visited.

Watch out for the 5 am crew. Extremely rude female, and male cashier with braids. Out of line attitude. Had to cancel my order.

This McDonald's was the cleanest I have ever been in. Food was hot and fresh. Would highly recommend for breakfast.

I was in my break I waited 10 minutes to give my order I asked them nobody’s taking my order she said why you came here then She was so rude person

One of the McDonalds that has decent service. The girl took our order was miserable as expected at McDonald’s service however the girl that cash us out and give our order was lovely. I guess hit and miss. Fries always good

I went there just 15 minutes ago, and they gave me totally different order then the one I ordered and when I came back and showed them the manger was so rude, she just throw the food in the garbage and she said this time I am going to replace it but not for the next time, I will never go there again.

Every time I come to this drive through whether there is no line or a line, I am asked to park. A few days ago I was the only car in the drive through and ordered two combos and was asked to park. Why do I need to move my car if I am the only car in the drive through? It always takes well over 10 minutes for someone to bring the food to my car which I can not understand.

Everything is old and stale, service is bad. This is not just a one time thing, happened multiple times. I drive to the next closest McDonald’s before going to this one

If you like to wait, this is the McDonald's to check out. You could order a coffee via drive through and will still be directed to wait at a second window or at one of the designated parking spots.

Went to this location earlier today and waited 20+ minutes for my food only to come home and see that they got it wrong. It was 3 spicy chicken sandwiches not 1 spicy, 2 regular. The folks that work here are polite and kind but they are SUPER SLOWWWWWWWWW and you can feel the apathy oozing from them. I suggest some re-training.

Rude customer service by food handout front counter and all the tables are dirty. I never seen any McDonald's like this in recent times
