Slowest location ever! Every time we go through the drive through we need to wait. Just dined in and waited 20 minutes for 4 meals!

I hate that it says 24hrs but you go anywhere between 3-4: 30 am and you get "we're rebooting the system. " At least put the acurate times up so people don't waste their damn time. There's literally two places open 24/7 in Bradford, and I still can't even get food. Smh. Second time this has happened to me at this time. Even the last time I was there is was 2am. I waited 35 mins in the drive-through! Everything in my bag was cold. Hate this loctaion but stuck with it being the one of only two options.

So I definitely would recommend this McDonalds.

Tried the new quarter pounder meal with the crispy onions bits and was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was.

Rubbish, apart from the fact that the food was cold, we waited for 10 minutes in parking lot watching the girl go from car to car asking if this/our food was theirs? The crispy Chicken was soggy and cold, the Big Mac was stone cold as were the fries, do not waste your time waiting for this garbage, worst McDonalds in Ontario by far

It was a cafe atmosphere where I could sit and talk for a long time, and I rested comfortably. However, cars are crowded in front of the cafe, so I think you need to be careful when entering the parking lot.

I wanted a filet o fish sandwich, but unfortunately, they do not serve them at this location. I opted for a basic hamburger because it's the lowest in caloric intake at 250.

I do not care for McDonald's very much. They sometimes give your an incorrect item or forget altogether. It's always super busy all the time.

Dear potential patrons, this store was a complete disaster.
I just wanted a quick bite but that was just not in the cards for me. From having to get the attention of staff in the back of the store to get someone to take my order at the counter, to the staff having a huddle at the register to figure out how to get the till working (it was stuck in refund mode after having to correct for a previous screw up) to waiting for my order for almost 10 minutes it just wasn't that simple. When my order was finally in the "Now Serving" side of the board my number disappears as they gave my order to a drive thru customer.
When they finally figured it out and got someone to remake my food the task was obviously delegated to someone with questionable proficiency in math as they gave me 3 nuggets in the 4 piece Happy Meal. We also found they had missed the sauce and our Big Macs must have been made by someone that was moonlighting at IKEA as they required us to assemble them ourselves.
It wasn't all bad thought as we got to listen to the Manager yell out instructions to everyone which was genuinely as comically as any open Mic night I have been too.
I was tempted to rate this 5 just based on the story value alone but that would have probably just confused people.
In short I definitely recommend you visit this location as you will be so happy when you leave.

I came in about 45 min ago and ordered a big mac combo.the first thing i noticed was the only person in the back wearing a hair net was the manager yet every other employee was not wearing one? As well as the top of my big mac had no burger on it. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this was a very disappointing visit

Staff was extremely rude and hostile. Fries were ordered large. Box was half full. Would not recommend this location to anyone

The chicken hamburger, the ice cream and the coffee are the richest and most economical, always clean and attentive in the service, breakfast, lunch or dinner is an excellent option

Poor service. I ordered wrap & coffee. Wrap was not properly wrapped at all, stuff was coming out of it. Coffee was not hot. Then i complained about that, they made me other and it was worse than before.

Hey folks, I'm writing for the nights snacks. The people working at the night time know how to serve and how to cook. We were 3 people and we get full simultaneously, the lady who serve to us was to polite that you can't imagine. Thank you folks!

We love happy meals from here, it starts serving at 11am, it's always fresh and delicious. We prefer nuggets and fries, and it comes with a juice. Sweet and sour sauce is loving.

It's 230am, I can actually see the employees hiding in the back.took over 19 mins for the manager Alonzo to finally come up to the window claiming he was working in the back

Very busy and located in a poorly planned plaza. Park away from the McDonald's or else you'll be stuck due to drive through cars waiting.

One time, I came here I ordered a lot of food for my family, and the cheeseburger for I got for my daughter had no cheese! And I came here again, and I ordered the same thing, but this time they completely forgot the cheeseburger and we didn’t even receive one! I don’t know how everytime I order a simple cheeseburger it goes wrong. Editing my review 3 months later the experience is still horrible. I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal for my daughter and I received 3. I don’t know why they would hire someone who can’t count. I also ordered a McCrispy and they gave me spicy sauce which I did not order. So do your self a favour, do not order at this McDonald’s. They have low iq clueless staff members who can’t even make a Meal correctly. Absolutely Absurd.

Drive Thru is supposed to be for 2 lanes, waited 5 min and no one answer, then have to wait for the other line all the cars that came after me, put a sign or something if it wont be available

Ordered two times tonight and first they just brought someone else’s order and second time they miss items. Is this a joke. They just told me to order again. What a shame. Someone should look in to this business.

The night staff is very slow i waited there for almost 15 minutes for tea and then they gave me without sugar. It happens to me a lot of times.
