Had me wait 15 mins for a sandwich even if the egg muffin is made fresh im sure it doesn’t take 15 minutes so cook an egg, it’s ridiculous every time I come to this location no matter how big or small the order I have to wait 15-20 minutes for my food

Food quality has improved as well as cleanliness inside, but still SLOW AS HELL. Im now 10 mins waiting at the overflow curb

Ordered through the drive-thru, was counting my money because my card wasn't working, worker told me to hurry up and that people were waiting, while i was counting my money to give to the cashier. Told him i was counting my money and he told me to pay by card instead. Unbelievable, would he have said that if i was an elderly person? Terrible customer service when workers tell their customers to hurry up. Management seriously needs to teach their staff proper ettiquette when speaking to customers.

This location needs to stop putting drive tru orders on curb side and the black lady that works day shift have to learn manners. She have a serious attitude problem that needs to be fixed.

Walk in to sit down and eat with my daughter. Customer service quality is poor, the employees were more engaged into each other conversation then serving the customer. The table were dirty, the garbage bin overflowed leaving the garbage everywhere on the floor as well. The food tasted terrible.

WORST MCDONALDS IN TOWN! IT TAKES THEM THREE ATTEMPTS TO GET THE SANDWITCHES RIGHT.

ORDERED SANDWITCHES WITH KETCHUP ONLY AS THATS HOW KIDS LIKE IT!

BOTH SANDWITCHES CAME WITH PICKLES AND ONIONS AND HAD TO RE ORDER TWICE AND FINALLY THEY GOT IT RIGHT THE THIRD TIME!

MANAGER ACTS AS IF YOU ARE TRYING TO STEAL AND ASKS FOR THE SANDWITCHES TO BE RETURNED!

NEVER GOING BACK!

EDIT: I didn’t think this place could get worse but I gave them another chance and ordered the Bacon Deluxe McCrispy combo through Skip the Dishes. I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Luckily I always inspect my food before I eat it.
Completely mouldy bread. Extremely unsanitary. I wonder how many other people have eaten mouldy bread from this location without knowing it.
Serious warning, don’t eat here! You’ll eventually regret it.

Worst McDonald’s location in Ontario. Always gets the mobile order wrong. Always excessive waits for mobile orders. Have to call to get order every time. Staff don’t care at all. Whoever is managing this place should be fired. Horrible service. Do not eat here!

Most recent experience? Someone there can't count because I got 5 nuggets instead of 6. Location continues its reputation as one of the worst in Canada. Congrats.

Food orders almost always have an issue. Most recently, my Fruitopia was coloured water and ice. Other drink 3/4 full. Staff are nice, service and food are awful.

Everything about this place is horrible. From the zero customer service to the Snack wrap being made so poorly. They don't use the proper chicken for the meal and they use a slice of cheese from the other burgers in the wrap. I've been coming here for years.highschool kids made me better food and gave better service than the grown adults working there now. DO BETTER THIS HAPPENS TOO OFTEN HERE

Just your regular McDonald's. Nothing special about it. Food was ok staff was non engaging

Very rude, inhuman behaviour by night manager Amrita or Manreet, denied to take order by drive thru by walk. Then I bring car from to order at your mcd, they make us stand 10 minutes and was laughing inside. Melted ice cream I got. Senior manager should look into it.

Worst MacD experience ever. Never had MacD prepared this bad. Also, they only pay attention to one lane of the drivethru as you wait to give your order, 5 cars will pass you on the other drive thru lane and get their order.

Smoothie machine not working at 9: 44pm? What could possibly go wrong with their smoothie machine. Girl was rude too

It's not mcdonalds anymore they don't update the drinks! No top up, i pay $45 and can i get another coke for the kid? That's not Canadian!

Worst experience ever, they should focus more on the costumer service. Had to wait upto 15 minutes for the skip pick up order.

This is THE WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t think I’ve ever been through the drive through and actually received an order. Every. Single. Time. I have to pull into the waiting spot to wait for food.

Do yourself a favor and don't use drive thru. They make u wait and test your patience to take ur order.

This location always deliver your order half heartedly. This is second time in row that my drive through order was messed up. The order takers are nice and friendly but they fail to follow the instructions and then to make it worse, the kitchen makes sure they ruin the meal. My coffee frappe, for example, was given in such a bad shape without any whipped cream and in a wrong cup. The next time, there was literally almost non existent hint of cream cheese in the bagel. Really disappointed

The Mc flurries are delicious. Actually I came here for the chipotle burger however they were not available.

Went for Lunch yesterday, Food was tasty and the service was really fast, Staff was really polite; especially the Manager Navjot was handling the Staff considerably well and was also quick in resolving customer's issues. Overall i enioyed my time there.

Worst experience ever. The lady working in night shift as a manager is very rude to everyone. She don’t know how to deal with customers. I suggest everyone please don’t visit this place. I am giving 0 Star to this location just because of that lady. Thanks

Very slow service in preparation of skip and uber orders they took almost I had to wait for over 30 minutes to get my order. Not a professional staff either.
