McDonald's

As per usual the staff couldn't complete my order right, completely incompetent, making a burger is an easy task, should he ashamed of yourselves.

Shad fly season brings extra challenges to drive thru service, however the attendant should have been better informed about keeping window closed between serving and only asking customers to roll their endows down when the necessary moment to pay or retrieve their order. She continued to spray at insects with a sanititizer spray which will not help the situation and had us open window over 3 times for longer than needed. Experience with this pest will prepare her better next year I am sure

At least 50% of the time I get a toy instead of the book I asked for in the happy meal. The meals are for my handicapped client who loves books. It's not unusual to get the food order wrong, especially if you ask for a variation like, no onions.

Ordered a medium frappe got a small! Ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese and got a BUTTER bagel. Not what I paid nor what I asked for.

Great place to take kids with the play area. But it's still McDonald's food. Probably the best thing they serve is the coffee

I ordered a small strawberry banana smoothie and it took half an hour to get to me. And my vegan friend ordered an egg blt without bacon and they gave it to her with bacon. They need to work on their organization but the workers were really nice and apologized for the inconveniences.

I waited 35 minutes for a coffee and a Mcgriddle. I was one of 3 orders on the screen. Not a single one of the staff wore hairnets which are expected at every other McDonald's I have been to. Also never waited 30 min for a coffee and mc grill, and after causing me to be very late for work, they didn't even apologize for the wait. They are prioritizing drive-throughs way too much, and they are not happy.

Me and my sister keep making the mistake of ordering food there, not once in the 50+ orders we've made over the span of maybe 2 years have they gotten an order right, with missings dips, half of the entire meals, or just the blandest fast food you can find, tonight we ordered a chicken burger for her with 6 piece nuggets, with me having a quarter pounder with poutine, the poutine had a clump of cheese curds lazily thrown in the corner, the quater pounder was so dry and tasteless i might as well have eaten the box it came in, and my sister didn't even get her chicken burger, i warned they'd do it again, and they did, if you want food, goto the Other mcdonalds, they at least attempt

Clean, efficient and well organized location. One of the best mcds i have ever been. Everything was super organized. Lots of seating spaces, all kind of seating areas, kids corner has so much fun activities. Staff is also very please t and efficient. Lots of parking as well so issues getting in or out. Great place to be

Never order delivery from this restaurant they once again screwed up my order. They have never changed constantly screwing up orders and orders getting to customers cold. Ignorant staff. Even for non delivery customers. If I could i would only give half a star.

Holy.it is 2: 00 on a Tuesday, not busy, lots of staff, but the place is absolutely filthy! The floors have food and dirt on them, none of the tables have been wiped down, the beverage counter is disgusting. Now, we are trying to have a relaxing coffee and muffin, hard to do when the staff behind the counter are talking really loud discussing their personal lives, along with the Manager. They should be cleaning the restaurant for heaven's sale.
We won't be back, l don't live in filth so l definately don't want to eat in it.

I ordered a hot chocolate.there was no description so when I received it it was full of whipped topping and chocolate syrup (which is disgusting). I went to the counter to have them remake it minus the things I did not order.the manager refused to correct it and would charge for a second one.so I demanded a refund by the time this was refunded my snack that I also ordered was cold so I got a refund for that left the store and went to Tim Hortons where I got a hot chocolate no gross stuff and a muffin at 1/2 the cost.the manager's handling of the situation cost them a sale and a customer. I am truly McDisappointed and McDisgusted with the service

For the last while the morning drive through has been so slow. And the food quality has become increasingly worse. The teller can't take an order without it being repeated multiple times, and even then it's wrong about fifty percent of the time. The wait time has become way to long. I've given my self an extra half hour and still end up being late. If I get what I ordered it's cold and drowning in so much mayonnaise it's almost soup. Hash browns are cold and around bad. And yes I know it's McDonald's I'm reviewing but not so long ago it was pretty good. Not sure what happened but I guess I'll have to put up with Tim's gut rott from know on. At least there food is enabled.

It was ok. Regretted buying the waffle fries lol. Egg McMuffin is the same at every location.

Worst location. I am skip driver. I was at there to pick up 2 orders but the person who were responsible to gave orders was so rude. He was forcing me to swipe my app before giving my second order. I told him give me my 2 orders then I will swipe and even I saw him that I can’t swipe after getting only one order and he cancelled my order and told another driver will come. I am not worried about my pay, but that families who ordered food, they are waiting for food. We are drive of skip not a thief.

Management sickening and don't expect your order to be accurate when they can't comprehend! Horrible go to a different location

Extremely dirty asked the teller to come clean a table off I endeded up cleaning one so we could sit and eat. I told manager and he says to me I don't feel sympathetic about it. The kid was still looking for a cloth 20 minutes later unbelievable.

It's McDonald's lol you get what you pay for. Did have to wait a bit for my order despite being the only person who ordered inside the restaurant at the time. Drive through didn't look super busy when I pulled in either but again, kind of to be expected at most McDonald locations.

They are a bit slow but they have given me free pies to make up for my wait and my order is always right at this location.

Some managers are super rude. Most staff is inexperienced and don’t know how to do basic costumer service. If I want McDonald’s I drive all the way across town to the McKeown location even tho I live on lakeshore.
