Very long wait in drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. Another time went to get my chicken McMuffin add pickles and they wouldn’t add pickles. I’ll stick to the other McDonald’s that will put pickles on stuff when I ask. Why can’t pickles be a option

I get the same worker every time and she always has an attitude, she cant put aside shes a bully outside of her work place

Just ordered a meal off of Doordash and everything was sealed when I got it so this is McDonald's who messed up. Why is there so much of my drink missing? Everything else was fine but messed up on the drink when it's hot outside like come on!

This rating is strictly for the Drouillard and Tecumseh location. Food is standard, no complaints. Service is efficient 99% of the time everyone is polite and happy.

I work across the street, me and my co-workers love this McDonald's. Friendly staff and quick on making our food.

Don't go to mc'd hardly, and the time I did, service was horrible.the clerk was somewhat rude as well, in asking questions on items.

Customer service is good and friendly at this location. There is a lady who is very nice and she works at the location for long and I still see her smile and greeting each visit

Been there 100 times and no issues. Staff seem to be young kids but always professional, good service and food is prepared well. Quick service orders are accurate.
Best McDonalds location in Ontario, and best regards to the employees and management team at this location.

Just when u forget how awful it is, you get a craving and again its as awful as u remember. Food order is always wrong n food is cold.
And why do we spend that much money?

I ordered a sausage McGriddle this morning and I literally got a sausage between the McGriddle. Where was my egg and cheese? Do we actually have to state each item, in the menu item that we order, or they'll leave it out of your sandwich? The servers did smile so that's worth something I guess!

The location can be rather slow, most of the time. Orders are usually correct, and staff are equally as pleasant.

I mean, its quick. Though everyone who works there anymore is stupid or doesn't speak English. If you go 10x in a week 8x the order will be wrong.its McDonalds. Greasy quick and hot

Owner of this McDonald's shold please read this. I wait for 15-20 for skip order 91738 employees where rude and not responding date 11 apr time 5: 30 to 6pm. It was not order for me but for your customer through skip

Customer service manager personally came to us and asked about the food quality, that's very good

What can you really say about McDonald's when they get the order right it's perfect when they get it wrong they fix it so our meal was wonderful yesterday and everything was as it should have been

It’s Wednesday. So they offer a discounted Big Mac. However, it’s a shame that for a fast food place, their sandwiches come out so sloppy consistently. For all of the countless processes that this huge chain puts in place, they seem to fail a lot.

I wish McDonald's in America offered poutine and some of the other bakery type things Canadian McDonald's offers. This location was pretty quick to bring out the food.

I don’t know who was working second window on April 22 around 10: 30pm, but the woman at the second window was very rude. Handed out the food with a very frustrated expression on her face like she just didn’t want to be there. I work in fast food and sometimes I don’t like it either, but I at least put on a different expression to let the customer know that I value their business. Will be avoiding this location
