AVOID Dougall McDonald’s first location. No longer offering refills. They would be the Ryan Air of budget airlines, if there was any value in dining at McD’s. $56 to feed a family if 3, and the taste of the food hasn’t gotten any better.

Monday 23rd January. 01: 45am in the morning I ordered Spicy Habanero burger. Waited at drive thru for more than 10 minutes. Was expecting fresh or near to fresh burger infact it was way too cold patty kinda frozen. Not good for you guys. I know everybody is frustrated but workplace is not that ground to express.

Everything was good, until I went to use the bathroom, not the cleanest.
Other than that it was good.

Thanks for another non edible meal. Nothings better then ordering and waiting for it to get here to throw it in the trash. I appreciate it. Great job guys

Food was so nasty a bird didn't even want it

We could not believe what we saw on Sunday night, May 14. A food server was handling garbage, emptying bins, taking a broom and sweeping the floor and then without washing his hands or using gloves, he was putting burgers together with his bare hands. And he was doing this back and forth a couple of times. We could not believe our eyes. The entire shift of servers at that time were with huge hairs, beards and no nets. The place looks horrible and dirty. It's embarrassing, McDonalds. We told the manager, however he was too busy to even hear us properly. They'll never see us again.

Fast and friendly service, but the indoor playground and the family restroom were very dirty

This place makes the best hot chocolate ever!
I'm faithful to get one each morning before work. Timmies hot chocolate is too sweet.

Kids friendly playroom food was good service was good
Sticky tables in playroom but understandable

The last two times I ordered tea it's been black. Plenty of other locations to go to without having to burn yourself by checking if what you ordered is correct or not.

Messed up both our coffees, and the blt was pathetic the stalk end of tomato, 1 tiny piece of Lettuce and half a piece of bacon broken in half. If I had eaten in I would of taken it all back.

Fast service through the drive thru. Friendly person at the cash in spite of how busy she clearly was.

Ordered only two times at 1am and the the burgers were like if they have danced madly. Not properly packed.

Kid working the second window is an absolute embarrassment to the industry. Told him my order wasn't correct. He told me that's the way it was typed in and there's nothing he can do about it. Interesting since they read the order back correctly. McDonald's is supposed to be known for their customer service skills and friendliness. Worked at McDonald's for 8 years myself, it's shocking at how little effort these employees put into their jobs. I'd be embarrassed to work for this company.

Seems like only breakfast is safe to order now a days. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles and you could see the outline of where they peeled the pickles off Sad (I should have taken a pic, dang it) went for lunch. Glad my friends egg McMuffin was fresh and yummyno more burgers for me!

Not a huge fan of McDonald's myself but my kids love it and they love playing in the play place, very clean area for kids to play and eat in.

Nice staff always keep the restaurant clean good customer service they make your order fast, my daughter loves going there for there chicken nuggets and the play ground in this place
