McDonald's

I now avoid this location at all costs. It consistently takes 15 to 25 minutes to receive food. There are always 3-6 delivery drivers impatiently standing around waiting. Staff are constantly complaining about being understaffed. Not sure why they always seem short staffed like this but it makes for a poor experience.

This does NOT seem to be the staff's fault- there just aren't enough of them to meet demand.

Zero customer service at this place.old lady at window at midnight seems like she didn’t like her job…. Going to Avoid this place

Very busy location. Although there was a slight delay in ordering, paying for and picking up my order for a small vanilla chai frappe which is delicious, the experience was still pretty good. Highly recommended visiting the location if you are in the area!

I have been going here on the regular the food is usually not prepared according to the recipe, and there is long wait in drive thru even when no customers. Multiple times fries and drink half filled usually forgetting all condiments and napkins.

I have completely had it with this location. I've been getting the same thing what seems to be forever paying same thing. I asked if prices went up they said yes. I said ok. Well go thru today for same order and price was different again. I'm sick of it. No consistency with this place and the service SUCKS. Never going back here again.

This restaurant would get a much higher review but unfortunately, I have had nothing but poor service from a certain employee every single night when I get off work. I always come to this Mcdonald's at about 210am after work to get a bite to eat (this is usually my dinner). There's one specific employee who works here during the week that serves me at the drive-through window, her name is Darlene. All I have to say is this woman should have been fired YEARS ago. I have never in my life had such poor customer service, she ignorantly smashes my change into my hand, and she does the same with my food and will not say thank you or your welcome, she can't even say "have a nice night" it's always yup. I don't understand how McDonald's has someone so vile working at one of their stores. I think someone higher up needs to do something about her. They are going to start losing Loyal customers because of one bad apple.

The restaurant itself had very friendly staff. No complaints there. However, I ordered 2 takeout Chicken Big Macs. Both of us agreed we very disappointed with it - flavourless chicken and processed, not "real" chicken, sloppy to eat - too much sauce, sandwich tasted bitter and has left that bitter after taste long after eating. Way too expensive for what you get. Suggestion:
save your money for a real chicken sandwich as Popeyes. No comparison. Sorry McDonald's but you really missed the mark in the competitive market with this one. $16.93 for 2 sandwiches and feeling ripped off.

I have gone back to supporting this location in Chatham, even tho we have a McDonalds in the town of Tilbury now, but it's worth the drive to get what you pay for. Everytime my fries are actually full, and if I custom order, it is actually done correctly. I've been lucky enough to never have a bad order from this location, which I would consider lucky and rare in the fast food industry. The Tilbury location needs to take some pointers from this location on how to serve customers. Great work Richmond Street Team!

Never heard of a triple triple and never heard of milk in coffee. Server was great, we both learnt something new.

Food was below standards.and the employees were real ignorant. I've been coming here for years.its a shame.

I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant Sunday around 5 pm, and what I observed was very inspiring. The young staff were very friendly and professional to customers and to themselves. The restaurant was very busy and it was run like clockwork. I don't get to say this about restaurants lately but good job.

Used self order machine. A girl brought our drinks out while we waited for our food. We apparently were waiting for my wife's waffle fries. While I am writing this it has been exactly 10 minutes. This is an important part of my review. It definitely will affect the over star rating. It took 12 minutes for our food to arrive to our table.

My mc crispy chicken sandwich had to be reassembled by me as the meat had landed on the bottom bun but the bacon and the top bun completely missed. The food was hot but bothered the chicken and fries seemed a little over cooked for my taste. Over all the food was edible and tasted as it should.

The restaurant was empty except for a skip the dishes guy that didnt stay. The dining area was spotless which is a big plus. The men's room was not what I would call dirty but there was a coffee cup lid on the floor.

The decor of this location makes me feel like I want to leave right away. This could explain why the place is empty.

Was in Chatham with the family and the kids wanted to go to McDonald's.normally I wouldn't review a chain restaurant, but this one stood out for me. When the six of us arrived my kids were being a handful, that's when I met Dave the new owner who helped take our order, made sure all of the kids meals were made the way the kids asked (trust me lots of custom orders) and did so with a smile. Everything came out fast, right and everyone who worked there was pleasant. I'll be coming back for sure the next time we're in Chatham.

This place is McAwesome! I come her every morning for a warm cup of coffee which is the perfect warmth like a blanket on a cold winter night. The nuggets are great and the apple turnover, turns my day over (lol) from bad to good.

I had a great experience here. Totally recommend. Service is great and they made me feel welcomed, which is big since I get bullied at school. Food was making my taste buds dance.
