McDonald's

I went through the drive through tonight around midnight. It was unusually busy for the time of night. We sat waiting for about half an hour for our food to come out. Many cars were also waiting for their food, grew impatient and their characters reflected that towards the staff. However, the staff showed a high level of professionalism and got food out as quickly as they could given the high traffic. When our food came the staff were more than apologetic and accommodated us greatly. A little kindness goes along way, and the staff who waited on us have inspired me to pay the kindness they showed me forward.

Just went for an ice cream and had the most friendly employee handle my order through the drive through. It was so nice and refreshing.

Ordered from the Kiosk, and it seemed like a ghost town. Two employee seen me waiting and just turned around as If not to be bothered. But someone eventually brought my food.

The building had really nice upgrades for seats and lights. The food was decent.

Place was nice and clean unfortunately I stood at the counter for 4-5 actual minutes before thay came take my order but other than that they're very polite and helpful and everything was hot and tasted good

Received old fries and nuggets, and when I go back to inform them, staff gives attitude instead of an apology and rectifying the issue. Management needs to step up at this location as service here is not same from lunch period compared to dinner

The drive thru service is great. I don't have any concerns with it. We use to dine in, many years ago and I didn't have any issues or concerns about the staff or dining areas in the past. Typical McDonald's food items and ice cream machine is broken time to time. At least, they let us know before we try ordering ice cream type of items.

This is the only McDonald's location that continues to disappoint. Will avoid in the future.

Ordered 3 egg mcmuffin with extra butter and chipotle sauce in it
Instead i got 3 egg n sausage with bbq sauce in it.
Never coming back.

Drive-through was busy so I went inside to get a Mcflurry. Waited 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. It was enough time to observe the delivery guy yelling for somebody to get his order ready but he was being ignored for the most part. Another fellow was waiting for his mobile order and was told it was being made, and then ultimately that it had been lost, and it had to be re-input at the till. Young guy waiting for a cup of something I don’t know if it is orange juice, or what, but he was waiting before I arrived and was still waiting after I finally got served my Mcflurry, which was underwhelming because it didn’t come anywhere close to the edge of the cup. Overall a rough 20 minutes inside with no interest from an assistant manager or manager to be found.

If possible avoid this McDonald's restaurant specifically. Nearly everytime I go my order is incorrect and the service is terrible. I paid almost 20 dollars for a meal here. First they forgot a patty then when I had to get out to exchange I realized they didn't put any bacon on it with a smile. This has happened multiple times at this specific location. I figure its time to let them know. This picture is what a near 20 dollar burger looks like AFTER I already took it back because they missed a patty.

Warning, please double check your order whenever you pick up from this location. 3 times in a week I've missed items from my order. On the last occasion I even asked the server at the pick up window to confirm what was in the bag. I took her word for it, got home and found something missing.

It’s one thing to forget to add something to my order “Happens a lot here”. But it’s another thing to give me food poisoning for a week. For a big fast food chain like McDonald’s to make you sick for a week because of there carelessness some one is REALLY DROPPING THE BALL HERE!

This is the worst McDonald's.
Ice cold food, take out or eat in no difference.
How do they pass health inspections as food has to be kept hot and out of the danger zone. Dining in, took one bite out of a Big Mac it was ice cold, returned it, they actually gave me a new burger with the same bite I had taken.and still ice cold.where is the manager?
Stop hiring kids who don't care.

Ordered through their app. Clicked the I have arrived button upon arrival. Told them I was in pickup spot #7. Waited over 15 minutes for my food to be brought to my car. I finally went inside to get my food. It was mostly ready, just sitting on a shelf (not a warmer) waiting for my drink and ice cream. My food was cold.

They literally screw up my order every time, no exaggeration… every time I come without fail.

Please be aware of the wood chairs near the sofa. The screws had been removed or fallen out. The chair broke and my friend fell. Fortunately no one was injured. I brought this to the attention of the manager. Who was not very apathetic in the discussion and dismissed me immediately. He did not even ask if the person was injured. Overall I found the place to be dirty and more representative of a fast food restaurant in a high traffic area.
