Ordered from the self serve. Took a number for at the table service.
Our order was duely delivered to the table. The server asked if we wanted ketchup with the fries.
Yes, ofcourse. And we got several packs of ketchup right away.
Service was great. Food was good for a stopover in Kingston. No complaints.

This location runs so badly. They are continually messing up orders or missing items from orders. After a few times i called and complained and they said theyd send us coupons for free meals but never did. Even ordering on skipthedishes. We were missing the fries from our bigmac meal. Ridiculous.

Great, organized and friendly service. Senior management on the floor and interacting with customers. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Fresh and hot food. Close to the 401.

As a former McD manager and daughter of a now retired McD franchise owner, I’m picky about McDonald’s restaurants’ quality and service. This is an awesome place to stop in a road trip.

My daugter applied to work here in Sept. For companies not having staff they haven't even bothered to contact her.
Yes she is 14 but she wants to start saving for her schooling but she's not good enough I guess to work for a company that doesn't have enough employees. She offered her time for weekends and a cpl half shifts threw the week but they decided she wasn't a good fit. They haven't even talked to her.
So is there really a labour shortage is there really troubles finding employees nope I don't thinks so or she would have been called back 2 months ago.

Nice clean restaurant and a very friendly staff.
Update: well not sure what happened but the service here is going downhill all the time.
Now when you go in the restaurant and want to order from the front counter?
If they have any drive through orders order delivery orders who's drivers are very ignorant
Seem to get priority while people at the front counter get ignored quite bad. It took close to 10 mins to just be acknowledged (I was the only one at the counter)
While all the drivers walked out with there food I still waited for 1 coffee that's it 1 coffee
And by the time I got it it was luke warm.
Not impressed
And not the first time
So I would like to change my stars to 2.5 or maybe 3

Since pandemic, first time stop here where is with bus, they are very professional and friendly like before. I strongly recommend the buses stop here like before

Took 15 minutes to get our mobile order. Had to call into the store to see what was going on. Came out 1 minute after that. Other then that was fine.

McDonald’s needs to chill out and slow down, every time I come here I have to go wait in a spot

Curbside pick up took forever even though it wasn't busy. I ordered no meat came with ham then I had to throw it out because it had eggshell in it!
The girl who brought it to the car was friendly so I gave them a star.

Disappointed in the poor service and rude management. Had asked in the drivethrough if the monopoly event was on and was assured that it was, so we had made a large order of items in the hopes of getting more peel stickers.

After being told to wait longer for adjustments to the meal of extra tomato (that was not applied) we had drove off. Before getting far I realized that our cups then food had no stickers.

Getting back I was told that it was actually on the 5th and was offered no compensation or apology for the misinformation then to add insult to injury the manager had made an audible comment to the cashier about "people being crazy" around the event.

I do not believe my disappointment in the matter to be unreasonable I just feel disappointed in the way I was treated in their response to my grievances.

This is about the only location that I like. Staff is friendly and you don't have to wait in the drive thru line very long.

Very poor customer service. If you go through drive thru the order is usually either wrong or missing something. Dine in others have commented as well about feeling unwelcome and female staff quite short in time

Due to pandemic, no inside seating yet, waityfor this weekend when Ontario is open for business ️

Everyone loves McDonald's even me but I went there for a dollar ice.cream cone and the machine wasn't working.: ' (

Very busy place off the 401 on Division St. They barelykept up, garbage cans were full and bathroom soap dispensers were empty. Food was as expected. It's fine just be prepared for lots of people.

Person taking my order didn't even say hello, was rude when I asked if they had gotten my order as it was incorrect on the screen, and then my order was, indeed, wrong. After being told "of course I got it". Thanks.

Did you know McDonald's Fries are Vegan? The grease is not used for anything non vegan. Fortunately, I'm only 95% vegan so I can eat a Quarter Pounder as well! ;). Press "Like"!

Very friendly staff and management! Staff circulated regularly clearing garbage and offering help, made for a nice experience. We even got free toys for our little ones when they started fussing

This place is amazing! The orange juice or drink is one of the best things you'll ever taste. Cool spot for locals, definitely a must see for tourists!

Failed to complete order multiple things ordered were not put into bag and 15 dollars on the cab meter as we waited in drive thru

This place is beyond filthy and would not recommend anyone dine in, can only imagine the eating out experience.

The food was cold, coffee was old and cold. The only good that came out of the order was the soft drink. Don't order.the delivery was only 20 min. It does not take 20 min to get old and cold coffee and the food cold in this +26 weather!

Probably one of the best McDonald's out there, very busy so sometimes you end up waiting a few minutes but it's worth it

On our way to Québec we used this Mcdonald's as a stop over. Firstly they don't carry mcgriddles. Then she said we can use one phone code, as we have used it before at other mcds. Now when having our food, the buns were burnt and they didn't put any napkins in the bag. POOR SERVICE

I like the fact that the staff that takes payment does not handle the food or beverage. Obviously
more sanitary.

Service is usually quick in the morning getting coffee and staff is friendly. Have in the past had issues with managers at this location and this location is often bad for using too much sauce on their sandwiches. So morning is good afternoon is hit and miss.

Not vary happy with this place anymore. This is the 5th time uber eats brings the wrong order, mean while the workers there r making the food and packing it.this place is going down hill and obviously lost a costumer. Start checking your orders right how hard can it be!

Division st location open for curb side service, Princess st open for drive through & street side service side help & service. Great food, Heat food Always consistent.

Food Delivery driver perspective Macd is waste of time for Day time at all. I would like if Food courier stop Macdonald delivery services

Didn't have a problem with food or the store except for the new setup people keep on trying to walk around pillars and bumping into people well they're trying to go get their drinks or trying to get to their seats from the drink machine

Food is what to be expected. Front of house gets ignored a bit when drive thru is busy. Should more balance between drive thru and front counter. We're all customers. Some of the staff can be rude, and often not very knowledgeable.

It's usually alright, takes a bit long for "fast food" but hey, it happens. Just wanted to comment on this recent visit though. Took 20 minutes to get my food, there were only two orders ahead of me and I watched 6 customers be served before me getting burgers and that kind of thing. I got two mcdoubles, two apple pies, two snack wraps and a drink. They almost forgot my drink (No big deal), but for some reason after 20 minutes my burgers still came out very lopsided for how slowly buddy was walking around making them. All I'm saying is I've worked in a few sit down restaurants and gotten better looking meals out that have longer cook times than these 2 minute frozen patties you guys use. I get its McDonald's and this can be expected but 20 minutes is much too long for what I ordered.

Service is fairly quick and staff is courteous. Some of the staff don't always ask if you want ketchup etc, and I forget to mention it

As a company that has been around for years serving people, they're certainly not maintaining the reputation or service I expect when I walk in. For the last time yesterday I ordered an ice coffee made with milk. It took them five tries to get it right and when I asked them to get a manager, the person who was running the franchise was no better than the employees. Rude unorganized and untrained.

It was the hottest day that we've had so far this year and the icecream machine had not broken so it was a good day

At least the food was okay. The numbering system they have for the "table service" is kind of odd. But they make it work!

It's McDonalds, not a lot you can say. We ordered the bacon double cheeseburger $5 meal deal. My son didn't want anything but the cheese, bacon and ketchup on it. When we pulled away from the drive through, they somehow put everything on his burger, but they also gave us a regular cheeseburger with just the ketchup on it. Not sure how they mixed that up, but doesn't surprise me.

Quick and good for after shopping or before. Handy having it in the walmart. Also good for drinks on hot days when shopping.

Worst night crew ever. They say one night they are closed for cleaning from 330-4am every night then the next night they ignore you and say they can't serve you at 3am. Just wanted a coffee for my nightshift. Good thing Tim's is right across the street.

Stopped to get something to eat and it was clearly easy to see that the franchisee does not work on the weekends because I have seen cleaner garbage dumps, only two things clean, the parking lot and the display for the McCafe cups.

Loved having the play place but it was extremely busy therefore making the wait times long. With all the traffic, the restaurant was not as clean as it could be.

Ordered fish n' chips, 3 mcdoubles and a poutine. I got a junior chicken, a quarter pounder with cheese (that had almost nothing on it), a poutine and the fish and chips.

Ordered a medium plain latte. She puts an order through for a medium shake. Charges me 4 dollars and change. I'm looking all confused as to why it's costing so much. I take the receipt and realize that is not what i ordered. When i repeat my order she cancels the shake and gives me a new receipt for a latte. However instead of getting a plain latte i get a french vanilla grrrr. I don't understand how people like these survive on daily basis. Like seriously? I'm surely not the only foreigner in this city for crying out loud. And to top it off when they give me the drink the lid is falling off so i nearly poured the entire drink on myself. Never returning to this place again. This McDonald's employes a bunch of retards

Good service in store. Just don't get delivery! Every single time I've ordered UberEats from this restaurant they mess up. Twice no nuggets in my childs Happy Meal. 3x no fries with meals (including 1 time I had them deliver lunch to my child at school.) Countless times they leave drinks, hashbrowns, breakfast sandwiches and burgers. I always ask that my bag be checked before its sent out, but still receive the same half fast order! This can be any time of day. Not just busy times
