Terribly dirty restaurant. Every table had crumbs and dirt on it. Hasn’t been cleaned in days. Garbages overflowing everywhere quite disgusting. Ketchup and pop machines broken … no manager.

Me and my dad went there and it took us 2 hours to get our food and by the time it was out our ice cream was melted

Literally the worst mcdonalds in barrie. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for chicken nuggets kids meal.

Thanks alot for the wrong order I got 2 small items when I placed a 50 dollar order! This place is beyond brutal for wait times and mistakes!

Every time I come here I am told to wait in the parking lot for the rest of my order, you would think they have things prepared for rushes but I guess not. Most recently after waiting 10 minutes in the parking lot at aprox 9am for 1 chicken mc muffin I was finally given my food only to get the wrong order and was barely acknowledged at the counter when I went back in. Do not go to this McDonald's from atleast 7am-9pm if you don't want to wait in the parking lot.

This is the 4th time wrong order.
Ask for egg sandwich with no meat.every time they put meat.its again my religious (no meat).
Poor service.

Ordered a tea and a McMuffin. Asked to pull ahead and wait. I waited 20 mins and was late for work. And while I was waiting almost every car coming through Wa waiting as well, at least 8-10 vehicle’s trying to park at front waiting for orders. Not ok!

What is happening with this world? We literally waited 15mins to get through the drive through with only one car ahead of us only to be told we needed to go park when we paid “$57” for 3 ppl to eat, $57! Then needed to wait an additional 12 mins for our food to be brought out to us so nearly a half hour waiting, almost $60 for fast food, to get home and have raw French fries! Un-freaking-believable!

DO BETTER MCDONALDS, such a horrible experience and this isn’t the first time this has happened to us. Doubt I will ever return to spend this kind of money at this location.

They don't care about delivery guys they say we are working on it for 30 mins for just 2 hamburgers and these guys don't know how to talk specially the managers poor experience close the McDonalds or hire some good people. That sucks

I went through the drive through yesterday. I had a small order chicken wrap and a happy meal. They told me to wait in the parking lot for my order.
The parking lot has already had four cars waiting. It is very narrow to park since they have vertical and horizontal parkings facing each other.
There was this employee who brings the food outside. She was very rude and clearly was not enjoying taking the food to the cars.
I waited approximately 30 minutes for my order. At times, they were handing orders to ppl that came after me. It was a total mess.
When this employee brought the food to me, I voiced out my complaint about the wait time and why all these ppl have to wait stupidly for long time when they had elected Drive Through as a choice, she said they she could have giving me my refund.was it a refund and I keep the food for my inconvenience?

Said Goodmorning to the server and the server just looked at me n did not eply. Then I just ordered my food n left.

Went through the drive thru, it was very disorganized, after waiting several minutes for our food, the order wasn't even correct. We were well on our way down the road unpacking our order to find we didn't even recieve all the food we ordered.
$ Down the drain. Will not go back.

Counterstaff couldnt hear thru the plexiglass. I literally had to yell inside the restaurant. Food order was inaccurate and I was charged for an extra $4 drink. Attempted to get my money back as I ordered only 2 combos, and there were only myself and my niece. Was immediately denied and dismissed. Be sure to check your orders.

Ordered 4 junoir chickens, 1 big mac, 1 poutine and 2 coffees. Not a very long order yet it took a very long time to get it. About 20 minutes. Wasn't even busy, probably around 3 others waiting for their order although I didn't count the people in the drive thru yet thats no excuse for the inappropriate behavior from employees. Standing around not doing their job, gossiping even. Why come to your job if your not going to work. Canada's minimum wage is $18. Sounds like enough to me to do atleast an okay job. Its like they were back in middle school making a few people do the work and make orders while the others stood around. Once my daughter opened the poutine, there was barely any fries and tasted dry. Never coming here again. I deserve a refund.

EGG BLT had no egg on it. Other than that, everything was good. Check your curbside orders better.

Cold food missing items delivered by skip who stopped not on the way with another delivery, no refund given. Every. Single. Time. There’s some screw up with McDonald’s.

I’ve never been to a McDonald’s that makes customers wait in the pick up area for their drive through order. The staff openly tell you they do this to improve their score from head office. There can be 4-5 cars waiting in the pick up area for their drive through order to be brought out to them. How wrong is this? The other day I went through and ordered a medium coffee and I was told my order wasn’t ready and I had to go wait in the pick up area. I refused to leave the window area until my coffee was handed to me through the drive through window.

My brother ordered two chicken bacon ranch wraps with grilled chicken, and this place gave us buffalo chicken wraps instead which we consider to be utterly inedible due to how gross the amount and the taste of the buffalo sauce was. Would recommend eating anywhere else.

This location always seems to be dirty. The tables, the floor, the playplace. The garbage is over flowing.

Making everyone pull into a parking spot instead of making someone wait at the window to just clear your number is absolutely ridiculous you all need to figure stuff out and learn to run a restaurant

Don't go here. They will forget parts of your order and refuse to answer the phone when you call them answer. On the few times I have got them on the phone after they shrug and say they can't refund missing items. There is a much nicer McDonald's at park place

This store needs a major renovation. It feels old and the staff just don't seem to care. The washrooms were dirty and the toilet was leaking all over the floor and the hand dryers both didn't work. This is just a disgusting restaurant and McDonalds should be ashamed.

Your not fooling anyone, last 3 visits you parked me between 12-15mins not joking about this, it’s not about your readings to show how good you are on paper, we have feelings and your not cutting it at all very disappointed. When I complained because of accuracy errors you sent me a coupon in the mail that belong to another Owner Operator in Midland not professional at all.
