McDonald's

I've been to many, many McDonald's restaurants. Only this one has ever been consistently perfect. No mistakes ever. The food has been ideal every single time. Juicy and hot patties, as if just out of the grill. Fresh and perfectly salted fries. Crunchy veggies. Just the right amount of condiments. Everything is perfect. Even your takeout bag is orderly packaged.
A huge shoutout to the people who work there, because beyond doing a great job, they ALWAYS have a smile for you. I'm glad to live close by.

It is a McDonald's, don't get your hopes up for excellent service, minimal effort at best. Saw a lady wait twenty minutes for a cup of coffee, they prioritize drive-thru until empty before doing front-of-house, but clear the display of all orders so they their order times low. Thirty odd minutes for a cheeseburger is unacceptable when the staff area is packed and staff have to squeeze by each other.

2023 update: Service is just as bad, like the owner intentionally has in workers' manual that they work extra slow so it takes 20+ minutes for coffee. They also fake their service times, when people order the staff clear off the screen the orders so customers are standing there confused where their orders went.

Sep 24 AM update: Worker came in to say he was sick with COVID and manager tried to convinve him he didn't have it and he could still work.

Got the kids sausage and egg mc griddles this am. We went to work and one son is dying on the toilet with cramps and u know what, and the other is in the backroom in the fetal position with cramps

This place is 1km away, delivery fee 8.99, Cora's breakfast is 4km away, delivery fee is 2.99.how is this even fair in logic or the drivers?

Something is always missing in the food, the cheese is missing in a quarter pounder with cheese order.

Just got home from the drive through, opened my order to realize I got the buy 2 get 1 special. Missing part of my order.

New remodelled store, following McDonalds touchscreens totems and no free refill soda machines. Usually fast service but bathrooms need more attention. It is a busy area, so avoid peak hours.

The food here is really good. I’ve been here a lot of times and I really enjoy the food like the breakfast and lunch too

The second i walked in a guy came up to me and said if i dont order i have to leave agresivly

I typically get a breakfast burrito meal when I go to McDonalds for breakfast. Don't get it here. They put in half of what the other McDonalds put in egg wise. Basically you are buying a wrap with a tiny amount of dry egg in it. Don't waste your money.

I must say, this particular McDonald's stands above the rest. Not only is the drive through open 24/7 but the fries are always hot, food is delivered with the same level of expected consistency and workers Anna and Emily go above and beyond. Their professionalism is noteworthy and their enthusiasm towards customers makes a lasting impression which naturally brings McDonald's lovers, back. They deserve a raise for their terrific tutelage. Thank you for making this location a Wednesday post game tradition

This is the worst macdonalds ever and I am honestly dissatisfied with how my root beer was flat as I went through the drive thru. I then went in and there were about 25 staff but not even half of them were working. They were chatting up talking about things nobody cares about and I waited around 15 minutes for a refill.that is honestly pathetic and something needs to be done like maybe not having high school kids working when they can’t do their job.

I waited for 15 minutes on the side for my food. I get home and they didn’t add the bacon to any of my items. And they gave me the completely wrong burger. I go here often enough and 8/10 times something is wrong or missing

45 min drive thru for a kids happy meal. Don’t do it. Just go somewhere else. Awful.
UPDATE LOL after all that wait, missing yogourt, missing extra hash brown that I paid for, missing straw for my iced coffee…. WHAT ARE YOUR 20 employees doing? WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING SO MANY PEOPLE WORKING WHEN YOU CANT EVEN HANDLE A HAPPY MEAL LOLOL ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY ITS JUST EMBARRASSING

They got rid of the self serve drink fountain, ketchup dispenser and renovated the inside so it’s just grey and brown concrete. Has the atmosphere of a prison.

Worst McDonalds to pick up the order from skip or uber. They are very unorganized and untrained. If you cant deliver the order to driver on time, then dont take the order or train your employees. Waste of time on most orders.

Worst customer service by a bully manager. If he cannot respect customers, it’s concerning how he treats the staff. Upper management should seriously investigate the manager whose first initial is B to make sure, first and foremost, employees are not being mistreated particularly that many of them are young teenagers. Steps are already underway to address the incident in question.

The cleanest McDonald's in barrhaven, the fastest food delivery, a hashbrown is very cheap! The ice coffee is delicious!

I upgraded my fries to a Large and they gave me a medium size in a large cup. Then I ordered my quarter pounder without cheese, but guess what was inside!

This McDonald’s is not the McDonald’s before. Since the renovation, this McDonald is super slow. I waited for my food like 30mins… when I asked the manager there where my order, nobody can help me, just wait. And the items quality is not good as before, iced coffee tasted different. Not good experience! I think I will go the other McDonald’s in the future.

Newly renovated! This location looks awesome. Service was really slow but the food was perfectly made and fresh. Fries were excellent and fried to perfection.

This is the most incompetent McDonalds location EVER. They seem to constantly forget to pack items that were paid for…how does one forget a WHOLE happy meal? This happens SO often it’s expected, I stopped going there for that reason, but I ordered from Skip and didn’t have a choice of location they chose. This is poor management, as you can see from reviews, it happens A LOT, if the manager can’t correct the ongoing issue, find a new manager.
