Hi, I am komal and I visited Mcd in sqaure one, I just observed the leader Tasmeen she is very polite and humble, I didn’t see anybody to behave so calm. I am really happy from her service.

Very busy location but the staff manage to be always nice, fast and accurate. I'm working in mall so I aften have my lunch at this McD location. Special thanks to Tasneem, lady at the eating area. She makes this place so special and welcoming and clean.
Pleasure to dine in.

Excellent service, the staff is super frie and they always welcome you with a huge smile. Would definitely visit again.

We ordered a happy meal, they forgot the toy. The ice cream we ordered was already melting by the time they gave it to us, and I’m sick after eating the burger. I don’t normally leave reviews, but thought others should beware of food poisoning.

The place started making up random new rules of no outside food or drink just solely based off of nothing. We had our child with us who just wanted to eat her food and they forced us out just because we had a drink from another store. This was never a problem in the past and the two security guards were giggling thinking they did something and giving dirty looks. They were also rude and acted as if they were in a position of power. I highly don’t recommend this place and I hope they get a review for how they act with customers. They did not ask nicely either and just assumed the worst about us even though we ordered food from the restaurant

Almost every time I go to this particular location, wallahi, I get some kinda half-a** service. I use to work at McDonald's in two different locations so I know what it's like to be trained. Maybe this location doesn't actually follow the correct training guidelines.

Today I ordered the simplest thing one could order, 1 Fudge Sundae, and would you believe the cashier had the audacity to say, "you said, 'caramel sundae'! " right after I corrected their mistake. In any customer service, you do not tell the customer what they ordered based on what you think you heard because you were too busy checking out my man while you took my order. I mean, he good lookin.but girl, lower your gaze, okay? Focus on the order next time and if his looks are too much, at least admit your mistake and apologize instead of blaming me when I ordered in perfect English. FYI Fudge sounds nothing remotely similar to caramel. How does one mess that up? Lord help me.
