As I always say, don't take my words, try it out yourself. This is my personal opinion, and I have no intention of perceiving you in any way. My goal is to pass messages to those who think that they can get away with anything. It was the worst fast food I ever had so far. I ordered habanero chicken and spicy crispy chicken sandwiches. There were hardly any toppings such as mayo or special sauce. Both sandwiches had nothing but some old dried up lettuce pieces, and buns inner sides looked more colored than actually toasted. The chicken patty was really really dry. Don't waste your money. I paid over $30 for the food that's not even worth eating if you get it for free.
I dont know who rolled out of bed and was on shift at 12: 17AM on the 3rd of September 2023. Not only did this rush my order triggering my anxiety but this woman decides to just throw all my fries in the bag and spill everything. This was right after my drink was shoved in my face at mock 5 speed! A hello would have been nice…… I hope this woman survives when AI steals her job.
Be aware of this man shown in this photo. He consistently goes around this McDonald’s various times and asks people for money and is not polite. He clearly has money and is only asking younger people because he knows they’re gullible to do so.
Overall staff was good and it is a very clean environment. Just be aware of this man shown in the photo.
Really bad experience and service.the crew was rude! There was a bone in my nugget and I mentioned that to the overnight crew at the pickup window they were like then what if it’s there i can’t do anything in that…. They need to know how to talk and deal with the customers…
I have zero used for the $1 cone on the app. Yet the app said I used the maximum. This was an obvious mistake cause it even said I used the $1 cone code zero times. I think customer service should have triumph here but it didn't. Your app made the mistake yet I was made by the cashier/manager to pay full price. Is what it is. But I'm writing about it.
We are here on drive thru @2: 19 am on 9 july enjoying out with our friends and the girls on drive thru are saying they will not be taking orders …! Really! And standing here from last 20 mins …! Thank you for your kindness
I usually love the drive thru at this place but decided to come in for a coffee and skip the line up. Only one person ahead and she the manager on Thursday morning June 22 2023 served me by taking my order than turned and yelled at staff no coffee on front. She than takes another order and does not go to drive thru to get me a fresh one.she told me there a lots of orders in front of me when her screen was one combo and one coffee two customers. When I come thru drive thru ots usually 2-4 minutes max and to receive food and leave. She had me there for 6 minutes standing. I asked for my money back and she proceeded to say people are in front of me. She than grabs me a coffee and mutters something in Indian under her breath. I wanted my money and to leave she laughed at me and I told her I would complain to HQ and have them call her out. She is a swing manager or front of the house and needs to act as such.
Inspect your food before ingesting. Found a long hair in the mcwrap. Will be informing the food and safety board, cause I do believe unhygienic practices take place at this location.
The service is below average, I ordered strawberry milkshake and they gave me vanilla milkshake, ordered junior chicken and paid for extra Chipotle sauce, but was not added to the burger
I didn't park for 1 medium fries so I get uncooked fries lol.what is the point of mobile ordering if I'm going to park for my food. No point working in drive thru if you have attitude problems.nothing has changed
Very rude Crew! These people are getting paid for doing nothing. I asked for fresh cookies and i clearly said i am willing to wait. They just never wanted to drop and said we don’t have it at all. Brower truck was right outside your location unloading stuff and you telling me you don’t have cookies. That’s disgusting. Don’t come here people!
We’ve been to this location for 5 times now. 3 out of the 5 times, we brought back what we bought because of tasteless drinks or food made. I will never come back in this location FOREVER. The staff must undergo a re-training to ensure that they made the order correctly and properly.
Decided to grab breakfast super quick, had less than 10 minutes between buses. Even with the app booting me out, I was able to get it fixed, ordered and received with time to spare. Very happy about that
Just been there.service is too slow. There was only one person in the drive through in front of me and it took 10-15 mins. It’s not like there is staff shortage. You can see 6-7 employees. When asked a lady what’s happening why it’s talking so long.she didn’t replied anything.didn’t take order and passed it to another employee.guy took the order.overall staff was rude and service was slow
