McDonald's

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and there was no egg in it. Coffee was filled cream and filled to the top. I think Mcdonald now cannot afford to train their employees.

So guys, this McDonald’s at third line and upper middle apparently does not adhere to any kind of food safety practises when assembling your sandwiches and your products they were not wearing any gloves whatsoever when they were assembling sandwiches when I asked the manager he said this is not standard practice the only time they are handling raw food is when they are wearing gloves. I asked him if it’s not standard protocol and he said not in McDonald’s.
Covid or no Covid I think that in this day and age that wearing gloves on assembling food that we are going to put directly into her mouth is mandatory

They should have a different way for delivery drivers rather than waiting for so long in the drive through.

Night crew did a great job serving us. Probably have the best night fries out of of all of the Oakville branches

Ever have that craving for McDonald's fries? We did and it just didn't live up to our minds eye! Food was just meh. McDonald's. The staff was pleasant.

Bad experience wrong orders waited for one ice cream for 15 minutes and when we asked for the new order was wrong again there just standing there doing nothing.

Waited 20 minutes in curbside pickup. After several deliveries to curbside he finally asked me if I was waiting for something. He was courteous but it still another 10 mins.

Service was great this time.

This McDonald's isn't the the worst but dont buy coffee here, it will ruin your morning, it's always burnt or under mixed, I had to stop coming here cause its always bad, tim hortons never screws up coffee so now I go there.

Here we go again, ordered a medium dd and a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich, was on sale for 4$ get my sandwich and it's missing the egg, drink my coffee and it's got heavy sweetner in it, i orderd sugar, im never coming to this location again, everytime it's a disappointment.

Never open when it should be. I always go here late at night because it’s supposed to be 24 hours, but it’s always closed.

Not a regular McDonald’s, just a small drive through. Mediocre food, and they don’t serve fries until lunchtime. Hash browns are gross and greasy - a poor substitute. I won’t be going back to this location anytime soon.

People are friendly, and they keep the place clean. It's good for everyone (individuals, groups, or families) to eat and enjoy summer drinks for special promotion prices.

There is an employee named Jess who was doing absolutely nothing but talking to the other busy coworkers I was waiting for someone to take my order for 25 minutes at the cashier and the only person in sight, Jess was so ignorant and obnoxious once she took my order she seemed frustrated that she had to deal with me and had attitude and a very bland facial expression once I got my food it was wrong and the fries weren’t even half way full never coming back here

Don't go to this McDonald's. Their quality control sucks. Got breakfast for my daughter and she wanted apple slices with her pancakes.

I would be too upset about the expiry date, but the effing apples are brown.

For the prices we now may at your establishment, you'd think whomever is doing the QC would pay attention

Good place for quick bite, good sitting area. The best thing is they use vegetable oil for fries. Beverages are so relishing and reasonably priced.

Suzette from this branch is awesome! There was an issue with the mobile app and she helped me select an alternative to my order, plus offered a free add on.i felt valued and taken care of as a customer.

Showed up today at 12: 30 for a egg blt breakfast bagel, and they tell me that they’re out of bacon…. How are you out of bacon? ! Aside from that even when ordering in the past the orders are never corrrect. It always seems like the place is understaffed and no one really cares for what they do. Either give them a raise or find other employees but provides food and service like this for the prices you guys charge is absolutely ridiculous. Either reduce your prices or get better staff or close this establishment so a better fast food joint can take its place.

McDonalds should use this branch as a training facility as an example of what not to do. Dirty, slow, 80% of the time incorrect orders and almost always unprofessional behavior by the children who run this place.
Even the food at the Walkers line branch tastes much better and is better presented and perfectly consistent.
I only return to this terrible branch because I live next to it although I try my best to avoid it.

Always give me order with missing items and when I call the customer service they didn’t solve the problem for me bad experience with this location.

Fast and friendly service but can mess up oreders a lot. (Missing dipping sauces, wrong drinks)
