I visited McDonald's yesterday and had a delightful experience with a lovely lady. When I requested warm water, she went above and beyond by offering me the choice between hot and slightly warm. To top it off, she even inquired about my preferred size. Exceptional service that turned a simple request into a personalized touch!

Very clean, the employees could use some pep in their step. Overall a good experience.

Service was too slow, not enough workers working. I ended up leaving.

Told the lady to give me a large sprite three times to she gave me a large fries when I told her I asked for a fries she said I already charged you for the fries so I bought the drink anyways she made me pay. Please train you workers English since they need to learn

This morning I stopped to get some breakfast and coffee for me and my coworker…two cold drinks and a xl coffee regular and two bagels after waiting 15minutes for my order I had to ask to get a tray only got one straw and my coffee was black so disappointed cause now I can’t even enjoy my morning coffee didn’t notice till I got to work and there’s no cream or sugar here

Love ordering just to drinks and being asked to pull into one of the reserved spots even though there is no one behind me …good way to fake there service numbers but not improve disappointing

And again two coffee and got told to pull up with no one behind me and after another 5 minutes finally coffee …. Not even a sorry for the wait disappointment again

I used to like this place. But today (March 21) I saw a cashier girl packing cheeseburgers for me without gloves, with her bare hands. Before that, she gave money to another buyer and her hands were not clean. I made a remark to her, but she pretended not to hear, and then said that she did not have gloves. I took the cheeseburgers and didn't start a fight. But I will never visit this place again.
