Not sure what is happening in the morning or if hours changed today.
I used to order food and coffee in the morning between 7-730am.
Even if food wasn't ready, I could still wait for coffee and it would only be a few minutes.

4th time in a row, if I come before 7: 30 there is no food or coffee ready. I know it takes a bit for them to setup, but they usually have no interest in taking an order anyway, even if Im willing to wait.
It opens at 7am, but maybe the hours were just wrong.
This morning I came in and the lights were out with no one there. Its 7: 30AM.
Is this place closing?
It should be investigated.

Basically, if you want breakfast, maybe wait till 8am if they aren't closed down.

The women working there name farial was so rude I’m not sure how she’s the manager. Lying straight up to my face. I arrived to pick up an order for Uber and it was only 2 drinks (coke and iced coffee) and 1 fries. I waiting 5 minutes and asked how long for the order it’s only 3 things and one of them is ready and she said either attitude I know you can see it’s only 2 of us and I responded saying well the coffee is made there’s just 2 things left she said we don’t make order until driver arrives. Meanwhile there are 4 orders ready there and no driver to pick those up and the coffee for my order ready prior to my arrival. She was very unprofessional.

The customer service experience was not good. I accidentally took the wrong order. The employee called me back screaming out to me "WHATS YOUR NUMBER" I looked again and realized I had taken the wrong order. I handed over the order to the correct customer and apologized to both employee and the customer. The employee was extremely rude as there was no eye contact or even a reply. They just blew me off.

I’ve been trying this McDs for sometime now for coffee and they have been very consistent with handing out stale coffee. 9 out of 10 times they keep serving stale coffee sitting in pot for hours. Don’t understand what it takes to keep the coffee pot with freshly brewed coffee. It’s becoming a regular practise now that I go return the coffee and ask for fresh one. Very poorly managed McDs.

Slow service

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at McDonald's recently. It took a whopping hour to receive my order, and to top it off, they managed to mess up my order completely. Despite ordering a large fries, a medium fries, 10 nuggets, and a drink, I only received nuggets and one serving of cold fries. The lack of attention to detail and the excessive wait time left me thoroughly unsatisfied and would like something to happen too make up for this. If you need information let me know

Came here on a Sunday morning to order breakfast. Waited for a very long time. I’m still waiting…. It’s not busy. No sense of urgency with the staff. Not a good experience at all.

TWENTY MINUTE WAIT AND BOTH BURGERS COMPLETELY WRONG? !? Not to mention staff fooling around and talking to friends - 08/02/2023 06: 52PM ordered - 07: 12 finally got food

The app is good, the service was good and the fountain drinks are good. The food was TERRIBLE. Grand Big Mac? Sure, if a stale bun and paper thin, burnt, over-salted beef is what they mean by grand. Even the fries were almost inedible. I could barely wait to get something else to eat and drink to wash that “meal” out of my mouth. And the dining room was filthy. I will never eat there again.

My food actually comes out looking great and the ladies in the front always grant me warm service. Never mind stopping in and I always get my food quick.

Today July 24th 2023 around 8: 08pm order my coffee and probably the lady who made it put purfum instead of milk loool my coffee smell like perfume bottle. And of course I have no time to go back and complain instead I just through my money and coffee in the garbage.

On June 4 at 2pm, I went in and there was no one in line so I stood at the counter while 3 employees socialized, looked at me, didn't take my order.the manager had to tell one of them to take my order.she came to the cash and didn't say a word except to tell me the total. Super rude and should not be working customer service. Another employee brought the food out, said my number and dropped the food on the counter.as someone who worked at McDonald's in my teen years, I never would have acted as unprofessional and rude as these girls did.

Dirty store very bad service specially old lady we asked for empty cup and the lady refused to give to me. At the end she threw the cup with a very bad temper. I will not go to this location again because the very poor service.

Service was slow, the lady at the counter seemed unhappy and argued with a fellow worker. My order was correct but, it seemed like quite a few other people's orders were incorrect.

My family and I always come to this mcdonald's in walmart and normally the staff is nice but today I ordered food for the whole family and when I asked for an extra empty cup, the certified shift manager refused to give it to me and said I have to pay for it. I was very frustrated and I cancelled the order. I will not come ever again to this branch. The star on my review is because to be able to write a review we have to put a star

The worst service. I ordered nuggets at the counter. There was an advertisement when entering Walmart of a new ghost pepper sauce. I asked for that, but the person taking my order rudely said that its not yet available. Once the order was ready, I asked for some packs of ketchup. She just angrily threw one packet of ketchup on the table. Very disappointed with such rude behaviour when getting our food.

Ordered the Carolina BBQ Quarter Pounder. They gave me a Big Mac instead. Also ordered a plain Quarter Pounder (no ketchup, mustard or pickles) for my kid — you can probably guess what they gave us. Very simple order, they can’t get it right. I will not eat here again, and I won’t recommend this particular McD’s branch.

One of the worst McDonald’s you will ever visit in. Very slow, l and have limited menu options

Always a busy place, but the staff there are super efficient and I have always used mobile ordering and it’s always ready when I get there

I work here in Walmart and Every time I come here the fries I get isn’t fresh plus they never changed the oil. There’s a lot of flies here on the tables and near the drink machine.

Website clearly states open at 7am. At 7: 45 they turn me away because their til is not open!? Second time it has happened. Why open your doors just to turn people away!? How are your tils not open 45 mins past your opening hour!?
