McDonald's

The staff is sullen and the waiting time is very high. The taste is good, but an update on the staff is necessary.

I'm a regular at this McDonald's. Almost eve6morning, and having break fast with several friends. I know most staff and they are friendly & nice.
Compare to other McDonald's stores, this one is a much better one.
I recommend.

Ordered 2 hot drinks and it was soooooo cold. Temperature outside was minus 2 and wanted to get warm but didn't work as planned. The triple chocolate tasted nice but was so small and just one bite. Disappointed.

This place is disgusting I just watched the store manager take money out of the safe pick a bagel off the floor throw it at the line cook and continue to count money. Some should the Ministry of health on this person

Very busy location. Service is better at certain times. The food pickup people always gets served first with huge orders. Dine in is a smaller area but adequate for quick stops.

This is a good Macdonald in a good location. The seating area is fine. There is a tv at the end to watch the news. It can get busy because so many ppl come. No parking. The dining area is a bit tight.

An Asian man, who hadn't been around for a while, was cleaning tables when I noticed. It made me feel a bit better. This branch has been operating 24 hours for a month now, but after 8 pm, they only offer takeaways, which I find disappointing.

I added tomato for toppings and this (in the picture) didn’t really make sense for me…

The place is very disorganized and chaotic, with staff members walking around confused and not placing orders on time.

To make matters worse, the staff had orders ready behind the counter but failed to call out to customers.
My experience at this McDonald's was extremely unpleasant and I would not recommend it to anyone. The lack of organization and poor customer service made for a disappointing visit. I hope the management takes steps to improve the situation and provide a better experience for customers in the future.

This is the one of the best McDonald's in Toronto, they serve very fast food and staff is very very good and helping. Amazing experience here

Even when the staff greeted me in English, they did not accept me and turned away. It tastes just like McDonald's.

Ordered choco milk but got regular milk instead, burger is meh, I guess that's just the norm for McDonal's

Love the self service option to order off the menu, service time was quick and in order.and attention to order was delivered.

Lol I come here so often it’s right near my work. Tonight a worker was singing and it was the funniest and wholesome thing I’ve seen and it definitely made my night.

This location always forgets to pack my dipping sauces. No matter how many extra sauces I order they always manage to forget to pack them. Other than that the employees are friendly here.

Food and atmosphere are good, but some counter crews here shows a little bad mood and unapproachable I don't know maybe a bit stressed due many customers. But there others shows good service. So shout out to that filipino old man crew assigned in the lobby area. That man really cared to every customers, always smiling and very approachable. Just continue the good service, sir. Mabuhay!

McDouble had almost no ketchup no mustard, and literally two tiny tiny fragments of onion - like so small it looks like they actually forgot onion.so essentially it tasted like meat cheese and bread with no toppings. I don’t know how you could get away with this, honestly. Ruined my cheat day

Busy place, the best customer service, thanks to kitchen staff, cashiers and the management. Clean and efficient
