Don't waste your money.
They undersize the mcflurries, and don't use the right amount of ice cream in that cup. They only add a smattering of toppings.

The put only half the amount of topping on the sundaes, on a reduced amount of soft serve.

This location is pitiful.

The quality of mcdonalds is getting worse every year. They've ruined the buns, ruined the chicken, ruined the flavor & year over year, they seem to subtract the portions and increase the price.

Staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful, when given the wrong coffee I returned inside to exchange it for the correct order but was given a lovely Pickel in my coffee!

Lady at first window drive thru is not a very nice person. Very rude and unpolite! The lady has been in the first drive thru window for what seems years.maybe it's time for her to retire but definitely not a nice person!
I order 2 lousy cheeseburgers and get parked. Whatever happened to being fast

The kids' has a basketball hoop, which was a 1st and a plus. The kids really enjoyed.
Only 2 toilets available for the busy place.

I must say looks may be deceiving, as we did not expect the interior of the restaurant to be so modern and super clean. Food was super fresh including the fries. Heck even the kids play area was clean and smelled good

I’m sorry but the wait time here became absolutely terrible. Anytime I get to order here, they don’t have basic stuff ready like fries or cheeseburger. It results in 10-15 min wait. Stop accepting so many orders, if you can’t properly fulfil them!

This is probably the WORST Mcdonald's restaurant I have encountered and I am originally from Toronto! I have ordered food from this location in-person, through the MD app and other delivery apps. On multiple occasions, I have had mistakes in my orders, missing items or incorrect items and only half my order delivered - either food or just drinks. This has happened one too many times and I am so disgusted by the service! Clearly, the employees are NOT paying close to enough attention and not caring what is being handed out! If you are sending out food orders via delivery, DOUBLE CHECK THAT ALL ITEMS AND BAGS ARE BEING HANDED TO THE DRIVERS. Due to your negligence, drivers and delivery individuals are suffering and being penalized. Either hire new staff, retrain your existing ones, implement some policies and watch your employees do their jobs instead of them talking to each other about their weekend plans and who's boyfriend/girlfriend came into the restaurant. DO BETTER!

Don't order take out! Didn't get half our order and it was not brought after talking to someone. They refunded the items but did not bring it after the fact. They said I had to reorder. For what, to pay for delivery and a tip again? They need to talk to Doordash about the service they are providing.

The staff are always nice, I despise being told to go park when I order fast food. If I wanted to wait 10 mins I'd go elsewhere. Plus the parking thing makes their speed of service times look amazing but it's all lies

This McDonald’s is infamous for pulling cars over to the side because of poor management.
I thought it was first come, first serve.
They are trying to hide their drive thru times so corporate thinks they are doing a great job.

Rude and stingy. Not worth the money!
$4.85 for a large fries, half empty.waste of money.

Brandon, (Ontario street, St. Catharines), was amazing today. From helping with my order to helping carry our pancakes and even saved the day with the Squish-mellow! He is an asset to you team! Thank you Brandon!

They do not know how to use the two lane drive thru!
Its definitely not one car after another. I think its too much volume for the employees!
After you have 2 cars cut in front, you'll get your drinks and be sent to wait in reserve space, which is also completely full up.
You'll get your order and find stuff missing and end up going in anyway to get the rest of your items.
Then you'll get 5 mins up the road to find out your drink is wrong
Ontario street location is a sloppy mess!

I ordered 2 simple cheeseburgers from the drive thru and they made me move to a parking spot and made me wait 5 minutes
That's a ridiculous wait time for 2 cheeseburgers, the only reason they make people wait in parking spot is because they have to serve drive thru customers in a certain time limit, now the simple solution to fix this issue is to make sure ur patties are cooked and stored before they run out

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to
Waited 40 mins for my food (2 happy meals 2 burger meals 3 mc flurry’s)
Had to get a refund for 2 of the ice creams because they didn’t have the stuff to make them. Whatever.
Once I noticed my food sitting on their counter for 5 mins with no one calling my number I asked if that was mine and they finally gave it to me.
One of the drinks were wrong
One of the burgers had tomato and onion even though I asked for it to not have that. Even the stick on the top said no onion no tomato
I brought it back to the counter and said this is supposed to have no tomato no onion. The girl apologized and said she would get a new one. 2 mins later she came back with the same burger in her hand (with no sticker on it) and said I have to take this back and wait in line
I said I am not waiting in line again. You guys screwed up the burger The manager came over and was so rude. Telling my husband that karma will get him ect. What a joke.it could have been a simple sorry and gave us a new burger like we ordered. Instead the manager fought and Argued with us. He told us that ‘you ate all the food you want your money back now’. We didn’t even eat a thing. The food was still in the bags other than the burger that was made wrong.
We ended up getting a refund for all our food and leaving.

This is what happens when you hire people who can’t speak or understand English. It was probably lost in translation but the way they went about it was crazy.

Terrible experience at this McDonalds. Noticed they forgot my drinks and went back. Then had to go back when they didn’t provide some of our food. They started telling me I must have missed it in the bag. Terrible customer service and not very helpful for a restaurant that completely screwed up my order.

This used to be the fastest drive thru anywhere. Now park it every time
What happened?

I am required to pull forward and park EVERY time I come to this location.
