Great work by staff and the team to always maintain quality and to deliver the same taste everyday would definitely come back

McDonald's is not what it use to be they are serving cold food as though it's kept ready made and cold I am sure the food can be heated before you serve the customer

The person at the counter was too rude, I was asking if the burger I ordered has any beef in it, she yelled back at me no how many times should I say. ; I just asked her twice to confirm

I love McDonald’s always and fast and good foold quality recommend it for sure for all people.

The food quality of this Mcdonald depends on their staffs mood. I order from there regularly, and most of the time, the burger quality is not good. They keep forgetting to put ketchup, and most of the time, they don't put thing properly in the burger they just keep doing thing in a rush. The fries in here are always too salty or not at all salty, and you will get super less fries if you order for regular fries. Once, I ordered large fries and got less fries in the lage box: (

The restaurant supposed to close at 11 and I came at 10: 40 and they told us that they are closed and they won’t be serving anything. That’s actually mental fam. This is not up to standard

This is a really bad location. Screwing up orders. Not reading the orders fully and I had hair in my burgers twice. I don’t know what is wrong with this location but someone needs to go in and fix it up!

The McDonald's in the Walmart at south common mall is really convenient. But they do not adhere to the McDonald's standard, I ordered a 6 piece nugget meal, upsizing the fries. It took 12 mins to get my order despite it not being busy, they had to make new nuggets but gave me less than fresh fries. The staff prepped my fries in the bag while waiting for the nuggets.
Needless to say the fries were droopy and cold, when I got my order I asked for fresh fries, the manager looked at my order and saw the fries half full, pointed it out to the girl who prepped it and she just shrugged her shoulders.
The manager then proceeded to just top up the cold fries with the fresh ones, not replace it just topped it up. I just gave up at that point.
So you know how you look forward to a hot meal? Well it was 10 hot fries and the rest were soggy droopy cold ones which ended up in the garbage.
The customer area needed cleaning too, McDonald's quality team needs to visit this store and retrain their staff to listen to the customer.

Ritu and the manger are awful at this location. They just gossip and serve their friends instead of doing their job. Hire better staff please. I literally only ordered a coke

I ordered 2 quarter pounder‘s with cheese large fries and a filet o fish after waiting for 10 min I got the order when I got in my truck I realized they never put the 1 quarter pounder in I call them to let them know I’m coming back to get it all replaced, the guy on the phone told me ok when I got there they told me there not going to replace the food just because it’s cold so it is there fault and on top of going back and forth, they finally did.worst place to go the managers are so rude and everyone looks so miserable

This is the place ever half of the workers have no clue what to do they are slow as hell food is cold belly hurts never again

Not too crowded, meal prep was pretty fast.

New spicy chicken nuggets and ghost peppers sauce are good, must try.

The people at this location are wonderful, I have heard them singing behind the counter and they always seem to be having a good time together. Service is always quick and friendly but I took off one star because I recently got a hash brown that I'm pretty sure had been put in the fryer a second time before being served to me. So my sense of it is that Walmart McDonald locations are not maintained at the same standard as standalone stores and I try to avoid them for anything more than a quick coffee.

Just had the most disappointing burger even by McDonald’s standards. Ordered the Carolina BBQ quarter pounder because their advertising got me, and I know the the burger is obviously not going to compare to the ad but when I received it it has almost no toppings on it. If it wasn’t for the couple flakes of onions and one small piece of bacon i would have thought they forgot. Anyway that’s what you get for a McDonald in a Walmart. Won’t make that mistake again.

Got takeout and when I opened my Big Mac at home, realized that they just didn’t finish making the burger? It is always something with this location- I will never order from here again. Quality is always poor.

Unsanitary, saw the manager grab the fries with her hands (no gloves) to fill up the fry container cuz I guess the scoop couldn't pick up individual fries.
This location is terrible has a bunch of kids and no accountability.

The worst attention I’ve had in many years and in hundred’s of McDonald’s I visited before, I’ve been buying here almost daily for a month (Because is near to my job) and the lady in the middle and the other one on the left side always have a rude approach, give the the order incomplete, makes discomfort faces and always are mad when I asked for basic things like ketchup (when they forget to put it in the bag).
In the beginning I thought it was only a bad day for them but with the time I realize is personal or something, I hope they are not doing that based on my nationality.
Only on saturdays I can eat in peace because they don’t work on weekends.

Closed over a half hour early. The employees are sitting in the dark on their phones. They didn't even bother to close the gates. It was an awkward conversation to ask if they could serve me especially when I asked if the restaurant was open and they replied "yes". Then why aren't you taking orders instead of sitting in the dark in the middle of a well lit, busy store?

I used the app to get no hun and they made me a nice salad burger. Kind nice when you can’t have the buns and still want a Big Mac.
