So sick of getting "parked' when it is not busy like the are surprised people buy their main food items.

Don't go here Saturday morning you will regret it. There was noone in the store and it takes the airhead staff 15 mins to make one coffee? Pathetic.

A man brought in a dog into the restaurant that wasn't a service dog and was not asked to leave or tie the dog up outside. I know the staff is a bunch of teenagers but animals shouldn’t be allowed in unless they’re service.

Service has become abysmally slow, food is declining in quality. Breakfast (in the store) today took 10 minutes just for a sandwich combo. Countless cars went past in the drive through, at least 5 other customers inside were served ahead after I placed the order.

For the first time in a long time I have to leave a disappointed comment about McDonald's. In the last 3 weeks, I have had coffee at different McDonald's on several occasions and have been disappointed on all occasions. Up until very recently, in my opinion, McDonald's coffee was better than Tim Hortons, but for whatever reason, the tables seem to have now turned again. McDonald's breakfast sandwiches are still far superior to those of Tim Hortons in taste, but I'm not enjoying the coffee as I used to. In addition to the overall taste, today I had to ask for an extra bag of sugar and then found coffee grinds at the bottom of my coffee. But this is not the main reason for this review, but rather that the general flavour of the coffee seems to not be as strong as it was just a few months ago.

Awful customer service. When they Hire kids for a minimum wage, this is the service you will get. I ordered a
Smoothie I’m drive thru and They gave me a smooths that was all messy and the cap was not closed properly and when she hand it to me made all me on my clothes and in the car. When I asked her to change the cup and clean the mess. She start giving me attitude. Worse service ever. STOP hiring kids for minimum wage that ruin your reputation and your business….

Only negative was that their thick shake machine doesn’t seem to mix the ingredients throughly so my vanilla shake was super bitter from having concentrated pockets of syrup in it.
Manager replaced it and manually shook up the next shake so it was all good.

Im at the drive through for 15 mins and not half way through yet. Is it incompetent management that cant organize their teams? What is going on in this location. Slow slow slow. And not the first time

I had ordered a double cheeseburger and a drink to my house through Uber eats but upon receiving my order I was astonished to find that my drink had tipped over inside the bag. There was no tray at the bottom of the bag to keep my drink FROM TIPPING OVER. The entire bottom of the bag was soaked including my straw. I had called to complain and the person I spoke to said it was the driver’s fault that my drink tipped over. The fact that the bag wasn’t double checked before the hand off shows that they had no problem with a customer’s drink spilling.

2023 June: 1/5 - COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE! Have avoided this location when cutting across from 404 to 400 (or vice versa) after they gave my friend bacon (he is Jewish) on his Angus (we noted 3 times to ensure it did not have bacon) 6 years back.so I ordered FRIES (2/5 - should have been called SALT with some FRIES), a Peach Mango Splash (2/5 - water with flavour), and a double quarter pounder with cheese (1/5 - CAUSE THEY FORGOT THE SECOND BURGER - and of course I never noticed until on hwy 9 heading west). COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!

I guess I should have expected this level of ineptitude based on my last dealing with them plus my drive thru experience this time.during my order I asked the server is the splash drinks extra in the meal (compared to a regular meal). Drive thru Server: No (as she adds 45 cents to my order when she changes it). Me: Then why did you add 45 cents to my meal. Drive thru Server: No (as she proceeds to remove the splash drink then re-add it along with 45 cents to my meal). This continued one more time before I realized she just did not know and I was in the rush so was like sure whatever.

Also the drive thru line is a bit longer than most fast food drive thru's averaging around 1: 30 per car.

Finally the drive thru menus suck.they do not show everything and so you have to wait for the menu to cycle through the options.then again I find most McDonalds are using these incompetent menus at their locations so nothing new with that at this one.

2017: 2/5 - Expect them to screw up your order

I choose McDonald's as I expect good consistency across all locations. This location was incredibly busy and felt understaffed. The fries were undercooked and forgot to include a number of items in the bag. The staff felt overwhelmed.

Been here twice first time a McDonald employee stole my grandsons chair when he stood up he was still eating and standing at the table with his food he went to sit down and almost fell while she just played on her phone …… second time ordered at the counter so I could get extra sauce and my order correctly wrong no sauce on my fish had to wait for another one only for the fries to go cold …. Very rude and unprofessional team especially from one particular team member by the name of Caitlyn.
She thinks she can say whatever she wants to the customer, give attitude and being sarcastic.
The manager of the store does not want to even say anything to his team members when it's happening right infront of him.

Great customer Service Experience. The store was also very clean. I also love their Boston cream and caramel donuts, I always get them with my coffee. I will definitely be going back there. Not much has changed. Everything was great.

Frequently giving me singles when I ask and am charged for doubles. Occationally undercooked/dripping with grease.

Be sure to check your take out bags before leaving.

My elderly father just ordered 5 sundaes and 2 icecreams. His order was horribly prepared in mcflurry cups. The sundaes were a disgusting mess. He was given forks instead of spoons. I have been in this location many times, but the way my father was treated today, I dont want to come back to this location. So shameful!

Workers are so rude, my daughter stayed for more than 10 minutes just for a few napkins. They even didn't ask her what she wants & why she stood there.

Sat in my car for 17 minutes waiting for my food.on line order and parked in spot.had to walk in to get my food.they had no idea of my order. Don't offer the service if you can't do it. Seems like a big complaint is required
