Can't believe after multiple talking to's the SAME kitchen employee continued to make food with a bandaid on his hand which, was not covered by a glove.
It really shouldn't take that many talks to get him to cover an injured finger.
Also, hid away in the back the second I caught him. Instead of putting gloves on, he kept eye contact in the back, smirking and giggling to himself. I get it, he's a teenager. But I'm sure that proper PPE is taught and told during the interview process AND training shifts.

Absolutely disgusted and appalled by this location. TWICE in an hour and a half the SAME employee was witnessed making people’s food with a bright blue bandaid on his finger and touching people’s hamburger meat and chicken and breakfast items with this dirty bandaid and then handing the food out. Was spoken to 3 times by 2 different managers and still laughed and smirked as if it was a joke or a game. Absolutely horrid. No compensation offered aside from allowing that disgusting employee to remake our food.

Fries are never full! Asked for a large a and got the equivalent of a small fry. If you go inside you’ll be waiting much longer than the drive thru. Washrooms are locked and you have to ask for permission, no condiments out and readily available. The value is gone from McDonald’s: A family of 3 is $60 and we’re still hungry after.

I called then they just hung up then I called again (because they hung up) then they told me to stop prank calling even though I just was trying to order a Big Mac

Just a mess every time I order from this location I only get half my order and the kids that work there are more worried about when they get off shift rather then the line up of customers it’s ridiculous

Meh it’s just McDonald’s but damn did it take a long time to get two iced coffees. Very clean inside.

Special ordered my mccrispy chicken and they got it right on the first try but they did forget my small fry

Location and parking was all convenient. The ice cream machine was broken (aware mcdonalds tend to have these issues but first time ive actually seen it). Only ended up buying a drink which you cant really go wrong with. Found a clean table, but many of the tables werent clean. Have to ask for a key to the washroom but they were relatively clean. Staff were nice enough

Went to pick up order at curbside quickly. Got back and they forgot the donuts I ordered. Its bitterly printed infront of them and they cant compute to put it in the bag. Not happy to be out $$$

Literally the worst McDonald’s! Always cold food! Terrible service! There machines are always “broken” so you can’t get what you want! Don’t waste your time and just go to a McDonald’s in beamsville or Stoney creek!

If you enjoy watching high schoolers get into fights and have your orders messed up, feel free to come back

Service is very very slow and even getting a coffee can take 5-10 minutes.always check your order as sandwiches are often known to not have the meat or other stuff on them. On another visit I went with my kids and ordered hotcakes and a BLT it took over 10 minutes to get and they forgot bacon on the BLT, it then took them almost another 15 minutes to get me my BLT with bacon. Very poor service and very slow

That was the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. Food and garbage all over the floors and tables. Didn't look like anyone had cleaned the restaurant once that day. I saw a receipt on a table that was still there from 10am that morning. Just shows how often it was cleaned.

Unsanitary practice. Not using gloves while preparing food, noticed a staff scratching on his pants and prepared a meal right after that without sanitizing his hands

Real yummy food great icecreams should really try lot of customized foods but the place is not very clean

Orders always missing something. Double check your orders all the time. Cos the employees here doesnt care about ur orders and the inconvenience it has to the customers!

Excellent customer service and a wonderfully led team as witnessed by listening to the supervised crew.

Latte machine never works but they'll make you wait and bring out a $4 coffee and call it a latte

And they'll make you wait 10 minutes.

That's my " latte". It's just coffee with espresso. Who runs this place.

What nonsense

Horrible customer service, unprofessional staff, and the staff can’t even get an order done right.

Placed order in drive through. Not many people but had an unbelievably long wait. Finally got to the window and waited about 10 minutes for burgers and fries. Was then told to pull into spot to wait again. Waited another 10 minutes, only to then have my meal shoved, one handed through my car window by a kid who, without making eye contact, said, "here", and walked away. No apology for the near half hour wait for drive through "fast food". It's not like McDonald's is all that cheap anymore. I expect way better service than this.

Delivery service when the manager isn’t here is so bad I have to wait more 30 minutes to get the order please be good with delivery because we work hard and the wait time killing is
