McDonald's

This is a little smaller of a Mcdonald's than usual, but it has a drive-in and a good decor that is updated. There is a glass display case that shows off their bakery items and it adds to the bright vibe. Location is great and service is prompt. A favorite for the kids. Since COVID, they have removed the outdoor seating area (which was already small).

Update: There are several kiosks to order from inside, as well as a regular checkout counter. There are also reserved parking spots for mobile pickup. Outdoor seating is still unavailable. There are a few bike racks for use as you dine in, which is encouraging for sustainability. Bring your own bike locks though.

Note that the promo offers on the kiosk may not be the same or as applicable as mobile. The trick is to use both and apply a promo for each medium.

The best bang for buck is the Happy Meal:)

Update 3: This does get very busy at times during the school year and it is a favorite haunt of the local schoolers.

It's McDonald's. We frequent here cause the kid always wants fries. Pretty fast, never had any issues with orders.

We usually just hit the drive though.

I found there is a silver candy wrap in fries. I called the store. The manager let us bring it to store immediately. We send it back the manager said she checked camera. There is nothing wrong. We didn't get any refund and we didn't ask for that. She just offer a dessert and we refused. I am sure the candy wrap from the fries and not belong to us so I report to health unit.

I like this McDonald’s! Have yet to have issues here and I’ve ordered a few times already from the drive-thru. Food comes out quick and it’s always the right order.

Went through the drive tonight and made a relatively large order (it was pretty busy) and I had noticed when I got home that my mcnuggets weren't in the bag so I called in about it and the manager Amanda told me to come back so I did she was super nice and super helpful about the situation (I ordered a 10 piece she replaced it with a 20 piece) and was wicked nice about the entire ordeal I will be back to this location in the future as she didn't make me feel like I was a burden when I came back due to a mishap. Thanks again Amanda the world needs more of you not less

Went though the drive thru and the customer service was the worst I ever experienced so I asking for a plastic cup on the side, the girl grabbed a paper one so I just said plastic please incase she missed that part and she said snarly I’m working on it so I was like you don’t have to be rude, so she yelled at me even more rude and yelling goodbye goodbye. So there I called the store to speak to a manger so he could correct the issue so another paying customer doesn’t get treated like that and he just hands her the phone to yell and be completely disrespectful. Safe to say I’ll forever avoid this place now.

THE WORST service of any mcdonalds ever. If you are at the drive through, be ready for slow service, and don't dare be upset about that, because you still have to deal with the terrible people that work there. Just kids, sure, but rude and snotty kids, to say the least. If I never eat here again, that will be fine by me.

Atrocious management. I don’t usually file complaints or make bad reviews however today at around 5: 25PM, we went through the drive thru and ordered food. At the payment window, the girl opens the window, sticks the machine out the window for me to use my card. This girl never said a word, no hi, no thank you, no goodbye, nothing. Didn’t even say pull ahead, she just closed the window in my face. Not one word said. I pulled up to the next window and asked for a manager to enlighten her about the poor customer service at the 1st window. I would think in a customer service business they would want to correct that. But apparently, Ashley, the manager must have trained that employee because what I was told was my complaint can go both ways and she closed the window in my face. I kinda yelled at her through the window, I can see where your employees get their ignorance. She smiled and walked away. I am 60 years old by far not a grubby or unprofessional individual. If this is the kind of customer service they offer, the owner of this store should be ashamed of themselves. Clearly, by the number of bad reviews on this site about this store, tells a tale that the owners have to know and have disregard for this to continue. Honestly horrible service. I get, it’s Mcdonalds but the point is there still should be some level of customer satisfaction.

This location is the worst if there is something less than one star this location deserves it, the night manager is a big fat lier who doesn’t know how to talk or respect people. I swear that a 1yr kid knows how to use his/her manners more than her. Someone needs to fire her and replace her with more experienced manager.

It's McDonald's, so the food is what it is. This location has a tendency to be fairly slow, however, and often the coffee tastes very stale and dirty. They consistently seem to have fries that aren't hot while having hashbrowns that will burn the roof of your mouth. But again it's a McDonald's so it's not like I'm there for gourmet food… But it's definitely quick and convenient for people in the area for what it is.

My favorite place to grab morning breakfast or coffee, today I got hot water with cream and Splenda.

This was the very WORST service I have ever had! I went through drive-thru on July 25th at approximately 7 pm. There were 2 cars ahead of me in line. I ordered 2 big mac combos and 2 mcflurries. I drove up to the first window where I asked for a copy of my receipt. I was told I would get it at the next window. I pulled up to the next window. I was handed the drinks and mcflurries. I again asked for my receipt. I was told it would be in the bag. I was then told my fries weren't ready and I needed to pull ahead to the holding window. I said no, I wasn't going to do that. I would wait at this window for my order. The female at the window then yelled back "She's not going to pull up! " Another female came to the window and demanded that I pull ahead. I told her that I was going to continue to wait where I was because I have pulled ahead before and been forgotten about. She told me that my fries weren't ready and they take 3 minutes to make. From the time I had ordered to this point had already been over 2 minutes. I reiterated that I would be waiting at this window for my order. She then told me that she wouldn't be serving me and was going to refund my money. I stated again that I am simply waiting for my food. She said she wasn't going to argue with me. I told her I wasn't arguing,
she was the one attempting to escalate the situation. She told me that the person behind me only ordered coffee and left. I watched as she began to pour coffee and pulled ahead out of courtesy for the car behind me. By the time their coffee was handed to them, my food was being served to me at the holding window.
I went home and was going to let it be. Yes, the fries were hot but the burgers were cold and the receipt that I asked for on three separate occasions during my visit wasn't in the bag.
My daughter and granddaughter who the food was for just kind of laughed it off. Then my granddaughter went to bite into her burger to find a hair in it! I immediately took a picture of it. It definitely didn't belong to any of us. It looked like the hair was intentionally placed on the burger! That was the final straw! I called the store to complain. I was initially speaking with a polite male who was apologetic and willing to send out coupons to replace the meal. Suddenly, the female who had a horrible attitude and even worse customer service during my store visit took the phone and started yelling at me. I requested the male manager who I had been speaking with. She told me that she was his superior so I would be speaking with her from here-on-out. I said that since I was filing a complaint against her, I didn't feel like she was the appropriate person to speak with and asked her name and corporate head office number. She gave her name as Mack but stated she didn't know her head office number. She claimed she would have her GM get in touch with me and she would be sending out coupons to replace the meals. Today is August 5th. I haven't received anything from the store yet.no coupons, no contact from the GM, no emails, no phone calls etc. After about 2 minutes on Google this morning, (less time than it takes to make fries apparently) I found corporate head office's number. Guess what Mack, you are NOT going to side step this extremely disgruntled customer! My complaint has been filed! You should have been much more professional in your dealings with me. You also should have followed through on the commitments you made to me almost 2 weeks ago! You continue to add insult to injury. Btw, I know it was YOUR hair in my granddaughter's burger!

We received poor service, the staff were extremely rude - they gave us stale fries and undercooked fries when we complained. We had a big order - buffalo chicken snack wrap barely had any sauce, they were very dry. They refused to redo it.

They didn’t get one thing right with my order. I asked for Coke Zero.got regular coke. Two double cheeseburgers and got singles. By far the most inaccurate McDonald’s I’ve ever seen.

I asked for sundae some caramel. They gave me half a cup of ice cream. When I questioned the lady named Ashley said we fill the cup with caramel we don’t add more ice cream. She was abrupt. Don’t go there.

No one at counter for at least 5 mins, long wait for food, improperly filled order, messy. Owner should be made aware of this hot mess.

Ah yes. The standards at the Fanshawe Park Road West McDonalds. This is what happens when children take over after the full time day staff go home. Just unwrapped to find this lovely mess

I was there 7: 34 today i ordered happy meal and mango smoothie it took them too long to give me the smoothie and when i asked why? They didn’t even apologise

The foods always cold late at night! And if you dare ask for hot fries you get attitude. They have some girl there answering the intercom with such a sarcastic tone It just put you off. Where are the managers at night?

I am Under eat drive it the best place I love picking up from them they treated me like a part of the restaurant I recommend this restaurant to everyone to eat at this restaurant

This McDonald’s has soggy chewy fries and soggy nuggets. Burgers taste old too. It’s the nearest McDonald’s to us but the last 5 times it’s been a total waste of money. The McDonald’s by the old ice house in London is the best comparison go there around lunch is when Ive been and everything is crispy and hot.
