I order online for pick up and they don’t even dive what you ordered. It’s really sucks that you spending a lot of money and you don’t get what you want.

The food is almost always cold here after 9pm. They push you through the line and make you wait upwards of 25 minutes in the pick up spot. Management needs to retool here.

This McD's isn't to bad good parking. Now that they undated it. It's very nice now.

Honestly the most disrespectful location. When your exhausted from work and you ask for fresh food and don't mind waiting a few extra minutes so there's no rush. And then 5 mins later are still given freezing cold food. It's absolutely disheartening.

The food is usually just fine here but today my fries honestly tasted wonky. Other than that this location is always great, especially after their epic glow-up reno!

Worst location in Whitby or Durham. Drive thru service is the worst who ever is working the drive thru are deaf always have to repeat myself 5 times feels like I’m scream at the speaker on top of that wait times in the drive thru are ridiculous 5-10 minutes Tim Hortons is even faster then that. Then I get to the window to pay who ever is there is extremely rude and ignorant. Always get the wrong order and not what I ordered completely waste of time for this location. They need to HIRE NEW STAFF WHO CAN ACTUALLY HEAR when customers are speaking in the drive thru and get orders right

Asked for a large iced coffee with liquid sugar, got charged for 5 extra flavouring, when I called the manager to clarify, that's what they said they charge. Makes no sense the cost of the sugar is the same as the drink. Picked a different McDonald's and I will pick a different one from now on.

All in all it’s great food and great service. But since renovations at this location you can no longer get refills on your drinks… and fill up your own anymore. I think that it is a bad idea to do that I can just see the place being busy and people having to wait for there older you already see it at there other locations it just does not make any sense McDonalds.

Long drive thru line. Moved moderately. Had to wait while they made fries. Food tastes exactly like you expect from McDonalds.

All in all it’s great food and great service. But since renovations at this location you can no longer get refills on your drinks…. That’s probably the dumbest mistake McDonald’s has made

The manager guy (accent, bald) is pretty unintelligent and rude. He's not nice to staff and not smart or good with guests either.

They keep all the lights and ordering screens on but then close down at night. Not impressed. Update the app, your hours, or turn off the lights.

Orders are generally correct but I've had my fair share of mistakes.

Julia was a great attendant at the pickup counter. Very friendly and great attention to detail. Helped bring problem with kiosk printer to management's attention. Keep up the good work!

We had lunch, the three of us got chicken fingers and fries, nice and hot young lady brought to our table, restaurant was clean and tidy staff friendly

As far as McD’s goes this is probably the best in the area. I have never had an order messed up, my reason for 4 stars is they remodelled and removed the fountain machine so you can’t mix your own half sprite and half orange fruitopia.

Manager screamed at a group of us because he couldn’t hear us through the mic even though we were screaming and was extremely disrespectful at the window and told us to go to a different restaurant

For what I paid the food was not worth it. It was not even put together very well. The drive-thru crew we nice,

This McDonald’s restaurant is the closest one to my home, we used to go there two to three a week. My kids were very disappointed that they removed the play place after renovation. They have also removed the fountain equipment! Last time I had to line up for a while in order to get some ice. They did not prepare sufficient colouring papers as well, i asked the staff if I can get some colouring papers for my kids since there was nothing left on the paper holder, the staff said they had no more if there was nothing left on the holder! Well, I don’t think this McDonald’s restaurant welcomes families with children since they removed play place and did not prepare anything necessary for children

Very nice worker. Let me off when I didn’t have the 5 cents I needed. Food was good I got a ice cream cone. Love the new renovations but wish they kept the fountain machines.

Tried the new Zesty Lime McWrap with Crispy Chicken. Definitely worth getting if you're tired of the same old "ground up couch" burgers.

I received half of what I ordered, I was to far away to return by the time I saw the items. Not sure why as they seem to have a dedicated person checking each order before they hand over to customer. I saw them check over the contents and then handed it over to me. I figure it was good to go.

Use to come here with the kids to have lunch and play in the indoor playground but they removed it. We'll be going to the other locations from now on.

I thought it was too expensive for two people to have chicken McNugget meals. The bill was slightly over $35.00.

Why on earth this location chose to remove its HUGE playplace is beyond me. Do you really need room for a few extra tables? It was the only reason we’d go there.
