I had a horrible experience this morning. Almost my whole drive-thru order was wrong.
I ordered a chocolate milk (was told it was 2%), bacon & cheese mcgriddle with ketchup & mac sauce, hashbrown and a medium peppermint hot chocolate with an extra shot of peppermint. I went inside to get my money back as my niece will only drink 2% chocolate milk and the chocolate milk is actually 1%.
I asked for a refund. I wanted it back on my debit card. But instead without asking me the woman gave me change.
I felt like she was quite rude and judgemental. She said that, "1% chocolate milk is better for you. They don't even sell 2% chocolate milk". (Obviously they do or else I wouldn't have tried to order it)
Like listen lady, I'm at McDonald's, I obviously don't care about healthy. Plus have you ever tried to make a 3 year old drink something they don't like?
Then I got to work and realized they made my damn mcgriddle wrong. I went to the McDonald's on norwich since it was closer than the original one and they wouldn't fix the mistake. The lady said that they could give me packets of ketchup but couldn't fix another store's mistake. They wanted me to pay for a new one! I've never heard of a McDonald's doing this. I ended up throwing it out. So thanks McDonald's for wasting almost 35 mins and $10! Now I am very hangry.
This locations workers are garbage at their jobs. We went through the drive through and when we got to the window they handed us a bag that was not our food then asked for it back to give it to the "right" customer. When we finally got our food it was missing all the sides. I went in and told them their mistakes they proceeded to talk about me and my order as if it was my fault 10/10 would not recommend this location
Not 24 hours as advertised… closes at 3: 25am until 4: 15am to do their “system shutdown” I know very well this a 15 minute process MAX! Get it together… if you need to give your people a break then hire someone else to cover set breaks… terrible business practices
Worst McDonald’s I have ever experienced! Tara the “Trainer” is the biggest idiot and dummy at this location! Argued with me multiple times! First argument, I ordered large drinks and when I got my order she said that she didn’t charge her for it! Went home and saw my receipt, I was charged for the drink! 2nd I ordered a quarter pounder, I said extra pickles and I confirmed twice, the result, no extra pickles. Quite frankly I only got 2! Hey Tara, maybe they should remove your trainer title!
Ordered table service with the app. The employee walked around multiple times looking for our table. Food was cold, some was missing. Dining area was a mess with sticky floors and tables with garbage on them. Garbages were full. Not sure why I remember this location being clean and well managed
Terrible experience, started with the drive thru window no one even cared to at least let us know its going to wait a bit.we waited around 5 minutes to finally see someone at the window. Opened and offered us our McFlurry and pulled it back and shut the window on our face. Opened window after few minutes and gave us our order. The lady was extremely rude and took it home and opened our meals and no fries with our meals. Never coming back worse experience with customer service and accuracy with orders. How can they go wrong on mobile orders? And the whole point of ordering a meal is the fries.
Horrible slow service. Mostly because the teenage girl with the long blonde hair in a braided bun would rather gossip with coworkers than work during a busy line up.
Your customer service is GARBAGE! Maybe if your employees actually did their jobs rather then stand around and talk, and then when the food is handed to you they say "here" rudely with their head turned, we also got coffee that was not labeled, this location is absolutely terrible! On-top of that our food feel apart when we tried to eat it! Your location has absolutely ZERO customer service
Don't customize your burger they will just build the default version, higher prices lower quality. McDonald's advertises 24 hours yet the 24 hour locations shut down for an hour at 4: 00 a.m. To switch over everything to the breakfast menu therefore they're open 23 hours. The 24 is false advertisement.
Order machine gave no receipt. Waited in slow line to get one. Chicken sandwiches were overcooked and the buns charred. Place was dirty and uninviting. Worst Mc Donald's experience in years!
Fries are consistently not salted, no concept of how to properly apply spreads to a bagel, and if you are told something is in your bag, even after you explicitly ask; there is a good chance it is not in the bag.
We don't go very often but my daughter loves it when we do. The meals are affordable and good. Milkshakes are our favorites. It's clean and the staff is friendly and fast with service
The worst location in town They actually think it's normal to put tarter sauce on big macs and when you call it out they all get angervated like you requested it I also won't advise coming here at night lots of drug addicts and it doesn't feel save
In the early morning the drive thru has great servers. Polite and friendly. Drive thru is generally busy but moves along well. Otherwise, it's a good place.
Don't usually have an issue with this McDonald's, but I rarely go. Mostly leaving the review to warn people that the splash drinks are not lemonades. They taste like water was trying to remember what a lemon tasted like. Better off buying your own lemon for 3$ and mixing it with water.
I am confused. I just went through the drive thru, ordered an egg McMuffin with mustard but apparently “We are unable to do mustard this early in the morning”. What does that even mean? ! It’s 7: 30 am! Do they keep the mustard locked up until burgers are served?
