McDonald's

On going issue with this McDonalds. We order the ice coffee with extra sugar. We gwt to the window and say has the extra liquid sugar been put it. Reply is yes. We get home and it definitely has not. The management needs to make sure the customers orders are followed and don't lie when they are asked. I tried calling there are you have to now enter a 10 digit code which we do not have. I guess that stops the customer complaints. If it wasn't a case I was busy I would be taking this back as it went down the drain. I don't care what u pay for something when u ask for it a certain way u expect it to be followed. Obviously poor management or employees who just don't care.

Fast service sort of. This place never seems to have fries for there order and always have to wait. Why. There fires. The 1 this you should have the most of.

Haven't been to McDonald's in awhile, but it's McHappy day have to give, and I enjoyed it

Went there on bikes, in the drive through, got some McFlurrys for me and my friends. Went back through to get some water, the lady who talk to me opened the window and rudely said "No, were closed" and slammed the window shut, there is multiple signs that clearly say "Open 24 Hours". Despite being "closed" they proceeded to continue serving more people. We eventually tried again, luckily we had a different person serving us, he got us our water no problem. I gave 3 stars, if the first lady had instead just listened to my simple request of water would have rated higher.

Spacious McDonald’s, clean, and well maintained. The staff is always courteous and respectful. Gets busy most times of the day.
Have messed up my order a couple of times but it’s probably all the drive-thrus

They seem a bit overwhelmed I guess the drive through is very busy here so walk in take a bit longer to get attention. This is my personal experience.

I always have trouble with this location. Orders at the Drive Thru are always incomplete, and sometimes they don’t notify when they’re sold out of of a product.

Horrible! Lady was rude and didnt get proper order and they are not friendly didnt do anything to help

Worst place ever! These people need to get fired that work here. These teenagers have constantly treated my grandma with disrespect. She’s partially deaf and can’t hear and has a hard time ordering. Two days ago in the after noon she had a hard time ordering and even messed up her order while doing so and said if you can’t order get out my drive thru. This is the kind of people that they hire to represent their business? ! Disgusting behaviour.

Fries were cold, we ate in but it took about 10 min for our food when it wasn't busy. Was better and faster when humans took the order.

The staff and management is a joke, no one seems to know what their doing. I ordered 2 poutines 1 came as it should and the other had no gravy, idk why they would charge me an extra $5 just for them to put the fries in a box. Then I asked for my burger with no onion or pickle and it had the sticker on it that said no onion or pickle yet both were on the burger. When I went back the manger refused to refund or discount my order even after waiting in the 20 minute drive through twice. Then when I said forget it I don’t want the food just give me the refund she gave me the wrong change and argued with me refusing to give the correct amount because I had the 2 drinks from the combos at home. Had I known they weren’t capable of doing a discount I would’ve have brought the drinks. It’s ridiculous that I’m expected to pay full price for an order that I had to make two trips for, especially such a simple order and such a long wait time. Thought about going back tomorrow to talk to a different manager and getting a full refund but they didn’t put a receipt in the bag and I paid cash so I have no proof of my order.
