McDonald's

5 people waiting for orders in the lobby and the staff with their hands in their pockets refusing to look over. Orders are on the 2 screens circled, all burgers ready in the bin also circled.

It was a nice atmosphere, my favourite Big Mac was good, and I love the fries and a nice cold Coke to wash it down.

This is the only Mc Donald I have visited, that have a flesh and clean washroom in past 4 years

Sadly, McDonald's isn't as tasty as it used to be and price increases mean we can consider other options including full service restaurants for better food at a similar price.

Five minutes further than the On-route pit stop and it's a lot less crowded and you don't have to pay hiked-up prices like at the On-route counters.

On this day, service was very fast at the drive threw. On the down side, each time I go to Macdonalds.it seems prices are going up and up. And sadly to say for the money I spent for 2 people I could get a better meal at a local dinner or restaurant. Now the only time I use Macdonals is if I am in a rush and have no other choice at the moment.

Thanksgiving Monday and our was so busy. Food was cold. Condiment station was empty, garbage were overflowing. The manager replaced our cold fries. Worst experience ever at a McDonald's. Never had this happen before at this location

When travelling east along 401 it's a far better stopping place than the enroute a few km west of here. Faster, easier bathroom access, and the McDonald's "quality" we've all grown up with.

A joke!

Fries are raw (or barely fried.)

Burger is.a joke. 1st I received was completely disassembled. Go back to service office, they replaced by.the same. (See pict)

Forget this place!

They are constantly closing drive through earlier then posted. The only Mc in Ontario I am getting issues constantly: burned bun, missing fries, closed facility.

Every time we go through drive through we get to see Allie's smiling face, making my kids smile and laugh too! And when we go in to eat she goes out of her way to come out, say hi and make us feel like special VIP guests. We love her and this location wouldn't be the same without her!

After going there every morning from July to September I would get my order wrong most mornings and have to go back through the drive through of in to the store to get it fixed. August 31st I had to go through 3 times and each time my order was wrong.
My 2nd time through I asked to speak to a supervisor because it’s just ridiculous at this point. Kayla said to me “I’m sorry we’re all humans and we make mistakes” it’s their job to read how to make a sandwich properly.
On the 3rd time through the older lady with out saying anything handed me my money back, I went to give her the wrong food once again and she said “I don’t want that” and “here’s your money”
As she handed me my food for the 3rd time. She said to me “don’t come back”

I tried several times to get an explanation because it wasn’t my fault they can’t figure out how to make my order properly.
Then she finally said
“Look you can come back, that’s just what Kayla said”
After reaching out to McDonald’s, and trying to get in contact with the owner. I get no results.
Pretty disrespectful and disappointing from a small town business to treat customers like they are nothing to them.

My 76th Birthday Dinner with my wife. No shootings while we were there! A relief. New decor was pleasant. I had to notify staff that NO ONE had cleaned the tables during our dinner and a clean table had been difficult to locate. The Bic Mac Dinner was welcome to celebrate the event.

They gave us our order plus someone else's. Didn't notice until we were down the highway. More staff was likely needed.

Food's ready exactly when we entered the restaurant with freshly fried Fries, however the nuggets are only warm, restaurant seems clean

Ice cream machine broken, not a surprise we went up to the window and suggested putting a sign out saying the machine is broken. Keep in mind there's other signs but this one worker comes up with the stupid excuse of "People get distracted and take there eyes off the road and crash" first of all your in a parking lot 2nd off your going 5 - 10khm and you have other signs out there so you should be able to put sign out so people don't waste 10 damn minutes in a slow drive through. Horrible service and excuses.

The customer service is horrible, costumers can wait for 5 to 10 minutes before a staff member acknowledges them. Manager yells at staff and costumers, orders are constantly wrong. While I was in restaurant I watched several customers return to the counter with orders that were wrong or missing items. If I could rate a negative star it would be a -5.

I went through the drive-thru. Waited forever for the wrong burger and the wrong drink. The right size drink. I didn't know it was wrong until I left. The burger was fixed and slapped in my hand

Worst mc Donald's I've ever been to. People in the drive-through are so rude and disrespectful, especially at night.
Food is always cold and has messed up orders multiple times. Drive to the next closest McDonald's if you can. Don't waste your time or money on this one

Went I.lm to use a coupon from the app spent 15 mins and she could t ring it in even with the elder manager, then when I called spoke to other manager said nothing she can do, wasted 15 mins of my time and I got no food very very upset when told her I was gonna do a review she said have a nice day

With out fail, we always have missing items for our orders. No sauces, sandwiches missing basic ingredients.

My son asked for a late night chicken burger. I go thru. He orders. I pay. Get home, not what I ordered. I call, they say that's not what you paid for. Well that's what I ordered. Now I have an upset little boy. Will gladly drive to cobourg for proper service from now on

Terrible manager service in a.m. As was heard yelling from kitchen through lobby at another employee from another McDonald’s.very embarrassing for student.
I’m sure it doesn’t say use coupons at own risk, and if you choose to use coupon, you will be harassed. No professionalism. And they wonder why they are always short staffed and can’t find people willing to work there.
I faithfully try to stop for the convenience of its location but I think that was the last time. I’ll find another convenient location who respect and treat people as they should be treated. Every customer matters regardless. Your loss.

Hours vary each day. 9pm on a Friday night and eat in is closed and drive thru is packed with one lane open.
