McDonald's

I have never visited a McDonalds, that is so dirty. The floor, counter, garbage bin over flowing, flies, mosquitoes and what not! The display screens were full of fly droppings. This place should be placarded.

Service is ok but the kitchen, the floors, the windows pretty much everything is dirty. Never saw a Mcdonalds that dirty.

Toilets were disgusting, told a staff member and they were very disinterested and unhelpful, entire place was so dirty

Wanted to order filet-o-fish, it wasn't available. No ice, no napkins and no medium cup lid on the service area. Staff were working like bees to fill the inside and drive thru orders. So I guess they are not the ones to blame.

Its like.you go inside.you order a big mac.you get the big mac. Its how it should be done. 2 weeks ago in chateaugay i tried doing that in the drive through and there was a street fight in the kitchen so it took the workers long to get me my burger while fighting at the same time (i get it, the tiles are slippery so you gotta watch out). People in ganonoque got more class than that though so you wont have to deal with that here.

C'est clean, rapidement nettoyé après le passage de gens qui ont fait tombé à mangé.
Les toilettes sont propre aussi.
Et la nourriture c'est bon. Les nuggets sont bonnes. Pas sec et ont une belle couleur.
Les frites sont bien salés comme je les aime

I have grandchildren visiting. We asked for happy meal yesterday. Arrived home no sauce for chicken McNuggets. Went back today at lunch specifically mentioned honey mustard sauce was missing, checked bag today sauce in there. Arrive home it is honey. Bee’s honey… not sure who would want that with chicken McNuggets. I under this is a busy time of year but please this is frustrating.

Chaos! Pure chaos! And then no toilet paper in the washroom. Yuck. I feel so unclean after that visit. I had to crab walk to the next stall and then the toilet paper in that stall wouldn’t come out so someone had to bring me napkins from the dining area.

Garbage everywhere outside, walk in and the fountain station is leaking everywhere and is absolutely disgusting just brutal

This place is almost as bad as Tim’s across the road your best bet is to just keep rolling and not stop. If only i could give a 0 star

The place was absolutely gross! Places was trashed! No one cleaning up anything
The floor was absolutely disgusting and dangerous
No ice
Not one clean table in the entire place!
Bathrooms nasty
The place was out and out a dirty mess we should have left!
The drink station looking like a hurricane hit it!

For such a nice building they need new management or this place will be run to the ground in no time ‘
We will never return
