Drive Thru is a joke. It is ALWAYS drive through to order and then go park and wait 10 minutes for you food to arrive. Food finally shows up barley warm and a mess.

The food is not always the best sometimes it's just slap together cheese doesn't match up with the meat same with the breakfast sandwiches fast Speedy service the cashiers are polite clean establishment

Everytime I come to this location and order a large fry, I get either a medium amount of fries in a large fry box or a medium fry with a large fry ordered on my receipt. The picture I have posted is the large fry I ordered today without 1 fry being taken from it yet. This is absurd. It is not hard to put a large amount of fries in a large fry box. Next time it happens I will go back there myself and put the proper amount of fries.

Terrible experience at this location on multiple visits. Always forgetting parts of the order and poor customer service.

Taking long delay for sandwich from takeout counter, all the while food is flying out the drive thru. No espresso. Overheard one of the workers saying to another “you gotta be stupid”. Seems lacking in effective management.

Ordered 2 big mac's no meat.
They put the warm meat on and then removed and served to me. I seen all the pieces on meat on the onion and mac sauce.

They pull you over on the drive through for everything and you wait 20 minutes parked for your food

We ordered 2 happy meal, poutine and some other items. The toy for one of happy meal was missing. And no utensils, no straws for the drink.

Ordered large coffee double double and a small iced coffee with no sugar. Neither were made correctly. The ice coffee still had the sugar, and my coffee came black instead of 2 cream and sugar. I live in niagara on the lake.i can't just come back and all this. On top of a long wait on a slow morning, I genuinely dont understand how the service was this bad.

Ordered 3 combos, waited 25 minutes in spot after the drive through line. Finally went in to get a refund because anger is apparently an appetite suppressant. But it was ready when I walked in so I took the garbage home. After they handed me the cups for my drink so I could fill them myself (so much for drive through service). I get home and I'm missing one of only 3 burgers. So I called and that went so well I just wanted to smash myself with a hammer. Needless to say this place is not worth the time or energy. And for the price of three meals we could have gone to our local pub for far better food and service, and it has beer. I'll be hard pressed or somehow starving to death to make a return visit!

Went to drive thru. 2 med ice coffees and the price. 6.30
Asked if that was right and was told yes the special is done. I paid just over 3 on labor day Monday. Back to timmies

McDonald's is always good when you want to fill a small hole in your belly. You can never get full eating at McDonald's

Not bad drive through a little slow milkshake machine goes down once in a while but other than that not bad

Service at this location is $hit! Run away from here to any other McD location if you want to be served by helpful and friendly staff!

I have ordered from here countless times and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is something missing, every time they do not include fries or sometimes they will only send you a burger with half of the sauce on the box and all over everything. The fact that this happens literally every single time i order here is a joke, do not ever order here unless you want to play a guessing game on what items will be missing next, they also seem to not care whatsoever when this happens. Ive called there every time this happens and it still consistently happens, i genuinely feel like somebody working there has to be messing with me at this point because sometimes it is comical how much items they leave out, it is unbelievable.

Spent my whole lunch break sitting off to the side of the drivethru just for them to get my order wrong. It’s a piece of chicken and some fries guys. Ridiculous

Every single time I go there I have to wait 10 minutes to get my food. It dosnt matter if it's busy or I'm the only person in line. Absolutely ridiculous how long it takes. Worst mcdonalds around.

This place is rediculous, they literally throw the food together none of the burgers have any toppings, cheese is half stuck to the box the fries are not even half full
and the one burger we asked to not have lettuce has lettuce only on it …. Seriously how hard is it to make correct orders. Please don’t waste your time and money

Todays service unfortunately gets one star.

We were pretty clear with our order which wasn’t very much: one vanilla cone (ask me: please make it small it’s for a child) one fudge sundae and one plain flurry (ask me add caramel please) …. They proceeded to make the vanilla cone large enough for a giant mins you my child was thrilled but not what we asked for. The flurry I asked for to be plain was mixed with Oreo again not the end of the world but not what I asked for and then the sundae this one actually was unacceptable. Being I am a former manager of a McDonalds franchise this actually was not okay. Unless the standard of sundae has drastically changed this was just upsetting (see photo), please do better!
