This is consistently the worst McDonald's drive thru. Inattentive order takers.constantly having to repeat order. Having to shout into speaker to order. & often they get ur order wrong!

They have a great team, taking and doing all the orders fast, great communication within the team and to us customers one of the best just tried here today 3 pm on a saturday.

On the date of September 13,1978, I ordered a beeg cheeseburger, and when given they had a car on top of it, so i must say.who parked their car, on my sandwich?

Dropped in for a latte. The coffee machine seems to have gone the way of the ice cream dispenser.tasted burnt, not much coffee flavor, even ordered a double shot of espresso. Dumped most of it out. Normally we really enjoy these so not sure what happened.

I ask for medium double double coffee
And they serve me black coffee without milk and zero sugar.

I’ve been to this mcdonald’s location on numerous occasions, and have been relatively satisfied with my order every time. Today, I went in around 11pm when it wasn’t busy at all, and waited 10 minutes for my order. When my order was completed, the person handing me my food called my number too quietly and forgot to give me my drink cup. All of this is fine and okay with me, I mean, it’s mcdonald’s, what do you expect. But the real kicker, what has absolutely destroyed my perception of this particular establishment, is that I got home and they forgot my sweet and sour nugget sauce. How is a woman supposed to enjoy her medium french fries without her 60 cents worth of sweet and sour nugget sauce. I am absolutely appalled by this. I feel as if I gave birth to a newborn baby, walked out the hospital doors, and got home only to realize the nurses just handed me a sack of potatoes wrapped in a baby blanket. Anyways, I’d go back here again but please remember my sauce next time.

I just got two junior chicken from this place, it was disgusting, one of the junior chicken had hair looks like genital hair. Disgusting.

Every McDonald's fell off.mc Cafe takeover ruined the mc Donald's experience for kids.

Nobody is in line at the drive thru. I ordered a McDouble combo. They told me to park where I waited 7 minutes. This is the worst McDonalds when it comes to service. You would save time driving to another location, as here, they tell you to park and wait as if you ordered a steak at a fine dining resturant

They selling every sauce for 50¢! So sad! Many mcdonbranches like at walmart they just giving it unlimited

The staff is so rude and they dont know hospitality. Mostly girls may be indian pr punjabi but there is no smile on face. They are like throwing the food on the face of guests.

This location is by FAR the cleanest anywhere, great attitude amongst employees, There are three other locations closest to me but I always come to this one because of the Very Clean environment

Even shift incharge
And no name tags
So name to mention
Very poor service

Came in Thursday 8: 30pm used my points on a Jr and a free fries coupon given to me by a manager pulled up to the window they wanted to charge me for promotional sauce so I said never mind and proceeded to the next window I got my original order with the promotional sauce manager took back the sandwich after handing the bag to me switched they sandwiches, after I asked for packaged sauce they said it would be an up charge for promotional sauce so I asked what sauces are free the lady at the window explained all of them except the promo ones so I asked for a mayo and BBQ package instead manager got visibly upset that I wanted sauce with my meal and asked if I was broke customer service 0/5 felt embarrassed and humiliated because I didn’t want to pay extra for sauce

Fast, parking lot could be better, curb side pick up and drive thru traffic clashes when busy.

Worst ever experience at this particular McDonald’s store. Not even fulfilling customer’s need even after paying them. Managers even speak rude and not trying to satisfy customers!

Worst service. This guys doesn’t give a s.t about your order. Not going back there even manger is so freaking rude.
