I ate a veal sandwich it tasted very delicious, and the prices reasonable. The sandwich had two large slices of meat. This is the place I like to eat the most.

I would give 0 for this mcdonald's so many time i told them to give me some extra ketchup.i will pay, but they didn't give me a single ketchup, and food is ohhhh i have no word very bad

We love MCD coffee. This location is so inconsistent it’s frustrating. They can’t get my coffee order right, it’s either too much cream and not enough sugar. I hope they can improve, this location is closest to me so would be ideal if they can get coffee right.

They always miss some orders. Happened on a few occasions already. They see me standing at the counter and pretend not to see me.

Not sure what is wrong, I ordered and charged for a 6 chicken nuggets and they give 5. Happened twice so far.

Usually a good experience, but sometimes deficient in getting order right, not knowing that customer has already paid via app (yet still asking for payment), etc. 80% of the time will not provide a receipt (when paid on site), so unable to complete customer survey to report on experience.

Good location since it wasn't as busy as other stores in the urban area. Clean washrooms and decent size Play Place.

Well I used to work at this store. And they are very focused on times, which is a good thing but could work on friendliness too. I think that being FAST and FRIENDLY is completely attainable as I have done it myself. But their store was clean and well maintained so I appreciated that aspect. They had lots of crew on and it seemed to flow well. Great food and great store

This rating is specifically for Rani one of the employees at this McDonald's. She is always smiling and very helpful. She provides excellent customer service.

This Mc Donald’s is always messing up my order. They either get the meal completely wrong or I always get missing items.

Absolutely terrible.
I always order my coffee as a medium iced coffee black no cream no sugar. What do I get? No cream, and regular sugar. You guys need to teach your staff, if I was diabetic this could have been really bad. But you guys chose to hire the lowest common denominator.

Not always the freshest location, but overall okay, ordered a big Mac and junior chicken both were on the colder spectrum of warm, but in fairness they were closing within the hour

Worst customer service ever, I’m on truck and they can’t serve me as i have only to go through drive-thru to order. Bunch of jokers

This Mcdonalds is not my particular favorite location. No matter the size of a nugget meal, they will give 1 nugget sauce, additional is $. 25
They have frequently forgot to give a sauce in the first place, which is even more annoying, when there stingy on sauce for food that is purchased.

Drive thru only. A few tables are available at the outdoor patio area but tables were a little dirty. Orders were quick and staff were friendly.

Not very organized and constantly get the order wrong. Twice they got the order wrong and to remedy they provided a 'Be my Guest' coupon, which was nice. Tried to redeem this coupon with a mobile order and got charged for the free burger and milkshake that i was supposed to get via the 'Be my Guest' coupon. Called to remedy and was asked to print the Mastercard statement and come back to store. Did that and was given some attitude and finally refunded the money owed. Not very pleasant experience and waste of time running around trying to resolve the matter.

I went during a busy time and they mixed a grilled chicken for a fried chicken but the service was good and everything was frshy

Ordered 2 mcdoubles with mayo and bacon and cheese only. One was a single patty hamburger with one pickle ketchup and onions and the other was also without bacon but this time a mcdouble with tomato (I hate tomato) and lettuce. Haven't been here in a bit but come on are you even trying?

I have never gone to this specific location without having to be parked. No matter what I order. I ordered online but it made no difference.

So what can I say about McDonald's? They're all pretty much the same. I have however noticed a few of them and this one in particular, have a bar strung across the drive-thru that says 9 foot clearance and yet the only thing that is hanging down 9 ft is the bar that states the 9-foot clearance. "Wait.what? "

I find that odd. If you remove that bar then you don't have to warn people that there's a 9-foot clearance, am I right? Because the bar is the only thing hanging at the 9 ft mark.

And for people who drive a big Sprinter van with lights on top like me, I have to navigate around it.so remove the bar why don't you?

Probably the worst McDonalds in the east. Even if you don’t have a car it’s worth the trip to literally any other Mcdonalds, or better yet go to the A&W in the same plaza

Went in around 3: 30 pm, and used the Kiosk. Prompted to pay for it and when I tapped, the kiosk glitched out and rebooted, causing it to take the money from my account, but not have no record or give me a receipt number. Talked to a associate that prompted me to speak with a manager, who wanted a time stamp for the transaction which my bank statement could not provide. Was treated like a scammer for their machine breaking down. Now I'm out 15 dollars and needed to pay for my food again. Would rate 0/5.

The worst location, i went drive through, I ordered a big mac for $3, at around 11: 58, when I went to the window, they charged me regular price of $6, i was told that offer expires 3 mins ago at 12 and they couldn't over write the system.

Terrible, I swear there has to be a carbon monoxide leak in the building. They never fail to get an order wrong and the service is awful.

My usual Mc Donald’s for a quick bite while on lunch.what horrible service ALWAYS. I ordered a fish sandwich today, and was told to move up. 6 mins went by so I finally decided to go inside the restaurant, to find out that no one prepared my order.why take my money, make me park in an unsafe spot for a long period of time, and make me to have to go in & find my own food.horrible horrible horrible management & careless staff. Get it together!

Come here all the time and never fail to come out upset because of the rude staff and the worst of all, the rude management. Shian has a bad attitude and has terrible customer service skills. Would not accept a coupon and decided that instead of offering the valid coupon that I use all the time at this location, decided to close the window on me and turn away to talk to her colleagues. Not acceptable in the customer service industry. Do not go to this location.

Slowest place on earth! Been here twice. Both times they had cars lined up in five spots and on part up in the curb.

Food was better than in the past. Now made when you order. Hot. Sometimes they forget something at the drive thru though

I asked for extra lettuce on my wrap and burger and they charged me extra plum sauce for all my burgers and wraps. If the company wants to charge extra, they would have programmed it in the system. Very disappointed.

I found it very strange that employees were wearing regular clothes behind the counter. One girl was bagging and serving the food while wearing a tracksuit? Besides that, service was good.

Update: the highlight of my visit here today was having a couple of the employees block my car while they talked to a friend outside. To be clear, I was driving, and they felt it was appropriate to have a friend stop his car in the middle of the drive thru exit lane, while they dapped each other up. So I had to sit and wait while they tried to stare me down. Hire smarter children to work here.or at least hire those who are smart enough to not do stuff like that on camera.

Literally every time I'm at this location my food order is wrong. Management here doesn't seem to care that orders are consistently wrong and will begrudgingly change it, if they do anything at all. If I could rate this place as less than 1 star I would.

Very poor service. In drive thru, they will tell you to wait at reserved spot but if they are already filled then they will argue over why u parked in another spot. Very unprofessional attitude of the staff.

I got wrong order from drive through and went to exchange the guy told me just go to machine and change the drink but reliz after the old drink taste was still there

I have been to other McDonalds and got better service. When I buy food from here they always ask me dive off to the side and wait. When I ordered from inside they give me the number after I payed and they forget to put my number on the board. So I waited and waited. Happened twice. What happened to the term “Fast Food” anyways I don’t see good fast food service at this location.

Nice people but service is terrible. 9 out of 10 times the drive through asks you to pull up to a parking spot and wait for your food, then you realize theres 3 other cars waiting as well. Orders get messed up very often but the drive through is the worst out of any mcdonalds ive
EVER been to. I dont eat it alot but my kids do and ive come home, like other people i know go to this location and the orders wrong or the food didnt even make it in the bag. The service at this location sucks.

Basic food I know, quality control is always there when I eat there no matter what part of the world I'm in.

Waited 20mins for food in the drive thru. Complete disorganized and had to ask for a refund. I got twice the service and quality of food at A&W

This place will ask you to go wait 15 min in a parking spot for fast food, I'm going to take my business to companies that actually deliver. Such poor service for food that is low quality and supposed to be prepared quickly. They have 5 cars now waiting for their meals.

Absolute trash location, ordered double filet o fish and got a single, mcnuggets and no sauce. Order was completely messed up, but hey, got a fat stack of tissues.

I was given a hot cup of coffee with the lid not closed properly and ended spilled on my chest and lap.

I've seen butcher's perform better surgery than the food prep here. When you can't get a simple sandwich made to order 3 times it's truly pathetic.

It was good to see an active Manager at this location I go in here early in the morning and most if the time the kids that prepare the food looks like they dont care and sometime the food taste like it was done since the night before but this morning it was different wait time was improve and the food also, so keep it up, it's an awesome place still just sometime you get the wrong people. I give it a 5 star cause it's right near my home:)

Standing in line for 10 minutes with no service. This is the last time I come here, very unfriendly place. Really disappointed.

Customer service is terrible at this place. They never get my order correct the first time. The manager never seems happy to help. The Salem location is better.
