Regrettably, I've encountered challenges redeeming my Monopoly stickers at this McDonald's twice. The manager, while likely enforcing a policy, appeared a bit rigid. I have additional stickers but faced reluctance. I believe in fair treatment for paying customers, and I'm puzzled by the limit of two stickers. Perhaps there's room for reconsideration? My overall experience was less than stellar, and I wonder about the purpose of selling coupons if they aren't readily accepted. I'd appreciate a more accommodating approach to enhance customer satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding.
Not enough staff working to take all orders quick and efficiently they should have kiosks so that people can order as they please and aren't lining up all over the mall.
Was waiting for order and noticed a cockroach walking around the floor right in front where they have the food sitting, definitely not clean and nasty.
Standing waiting in line for our time to order and rather than say they are closed.they took the orders ahead of us and then told us too late to order.
I came at this location today, a guy took our order and he himself made that order. He was using his phone and he threw our order away. And didn’t say anything, that was very rude. You need to have a look on your staff. Disappointed
What a joke this mcdonalds at this location They start charging now 30 cents for mayo packets and no refill for your drinks even they show in the receipt that you can get 1 free refill.
I always order junior chickens without lettuce for my children and they just always get it wrong! I absolutely understand once or twice, but when it’s consistent? !? They have no sympathy for getting the order wrong and literally just hand you your replaced order without a single word! I strongly advise customer service training for the McDonald staff at Cedarbrae Mall in Scarborough.
