McDonald's

I've only been here three times for a coffee, and one of these times was quite abysmal; the service was just well below any standard.

I went in (the drive thru was quite busy) to a completely empty restaurant. My order was simple (in my opinion), two black coffees, one regular, the other half decaf/half regular. I arrived home to find one had a significant amount of cream and the other, I didn't know if it was half decaf because they were not labeled. So I returned and went through the drive thru this time (with the coffees to show I wasn't pulling some scam, but was told they could not take them back.no offer to dispose of them however?).

I was met by two rather rude, unapologetic staff members, as though I was a huge annoyance to them. I asked to please label them, this though was not done, but I believed it was since I saw the labels, but again upon arriving home (obviously my mistake here) both simply said "black coffee).

My husband stopped me from returning again, and we've decided to make use of our coffee pot going forward, it's just not worth the headache or $5 down the drain.

On a more positive note, Janice (who I encountered earlier mornings on two occasions), is an absolute sweetheart, great at her job, fast, efficient and extremely kind and humble. She deserves better than this location. You are awesome Janice!

Friend suffered a major bout of food poisoning half an hour after trying the new quarter pounder. Have since heard horror stories about the place from former employees. Also screwed up the order. Missed items and failed to provide a receipt. Never going to ANY McDonalds again.

Am I the only old-timer that wishes Monopoly would go back to just rippin stickers off your food wrapper and when the spaces are filled up you win? Life was much simpler not too long ago. Ha.

One star for the the customer, the girl who brought my food to my table was extremely rude her facial expressions were really off too. 5 stars for everything else though but they should get rid of that one employee

Gentlemen with long red hair was really nice but all food was not hot, fries still and cold. Had to go back because order was not complete. And tartar sauxe is not fish filet sauce its actual tartar sauce. Dehydrated onions on quarter pounder when should be sliced. Not a good McDonald’s.

Not worth it. For over two years my experience has been awful. Most of the time when I order delivery the double filet-o-fish is either old, or they leave out the second fish. Missing donuts, squashed muffins, missing condiments, drinks 3/4 way full. The only way to get a *reasonable* order is to go in person and check your order before leaving. I just deleted the McDonald's app, I am done.

It's Mac Dee's, not expecting an over the top menu review are we? It's fast, unhealthy but doable when your hungry. Just wouldn't make it a habit!

They keep messing up my orders almost everytime I go there 1/10 just go to a different mc donalds

Went twice, ordered double quarter BLT BOTH TIMES, get home to see they only put one patty in the thing.

Not a single person in the back kitchen was wearing a hair net and I watched some guy pick his nose and didn’t wash his hands and continue to make sandwich’s disgusting!
Also asked for ranch sauce when I ordered and was completely ignored. So I had to wait for her to hand me my food and ask again. Not happy

Each and every time we get coffee in the morning delivered, they leave out sugar and sometimes the cream, but no sugar. We don't order food here
anymore because so disgusting. We tried a few more times thinking maybe was just an honest mistake, but no its the new standard now! The lettus tastes rotten and burger tastes like its made from some strange meat. Egg mcmuffins and pie is always burnt and taste old. McDonalds used to taste good even though it's always been unhealthy. Now it's just all around terrible food and overpriced. No more guilty pleasures here I guess.
We've had both breakfast and dinner btw. It only let's you pick one! I'm just finally getting around to rating. Perhaps if you pay your employees a living wage, they would actually be motivated to do better. But looks like you firmly believe that you should take most of the profits and leave those on the floor doing the work, with the least amount you can legally pay them. Which is likely why it went downhill like it has. Everything went up in price and wages need to move along with the times!

Terrible! I want to say something positive but I can’t. I only go to McDonalds like once a year but after my last visit not going back. I had a fish fillet which was not edible. The edges were so over fried they were like cardboard and tasted worse. It was literally a cm thick. It used to be the one thing I liked besides chicken McNuggets as the rest of the food quality has d deteriorated. So tired of poor quality smaller sized fish, hamburgers etc. I would rather pay more for quality and more reasonable portions but it is a mute point as it was not edible. High prices for garbage.: (

Ordered thru Skip the Dishes missing items the food was NOT FRESH and the McChicken broke on of my husband teeth

Im 8 months pregnant, I made a mobile order for an ice cream cone & usually we pass the first window and go to the second to get the mobile order because it's already paid for. I stopped at the first window to get the thumbs up, she wasnt even paying attention to me so i proceeded to the next window. This lady at window number one starts yelling at me in my car to back up to her window (almost right into a bmw behind me but hey she was playing traffic director at this point) so that she can tell me the rules and that i need to wait for her to process the payment. LoL 30 seconds later, she's like okay you're allowed to pull up.to get my 1$ ice cream cone
get a grip lady, that was seriously ridiculous and you could have cost us our bumpers over a dollar order.

I ordered a large chicken burger with large fries and large drink. However, my order came out to size of half filled cold drink and fries looked medium sized. The snack sized flurry that I ordered came in filled a half cup. This is the second time I had such a terrible experience at mc donalds. I hope they improve their customer service because even after I complained nobody came to me with a solution which is even more disappointing.

I’m 30 years old I’ve been coming here since of a kid and I’ve emailed them a handful of times over the years with bad experiences it’s to the point I just wanna shoot myself in the foot every time I go there unfortunately so close and convenient lol

The staff/workers are usually slow & they still get the food wrong most of the time.
When I do receive everything I ordered, the food overall is good.

The workers since 2011 have gotten worse. Went in last week and ordered a large fries, quarter pounder w/ cheese, and a medium ice tea. Thought nothing was up until one of the mle workers decided to wipe the "orders in progress" screen clear and then he purposely skipped my order. I waited 20 mins at pick up counter while he served every other customer before and after me and then he had the nerves to say to his manager "he is b$tching and being annoying". Meanwhile i was actually very polite and even waited until a female worker had to ask me which order was mine while the male worker skipped my order on purpose so she said she got it. Never again. The staff are clearly not suited for customer service amd should all be fired. Got my food cold by 20 mins and never once complained to the manager nor filed a complaint with the useless workers supervisor.

I just want to commend the workers working at McDonald's the evening of June 8,2023. There were some complete out of control, rude, swearing patrons and this restaurant handled it immaculately. They were calm (way calmer than I'd have been) and held their composure until they left. Unfortunately because of the area I assume this occurs a lot. These workers deserve a pat on the back. Great staff. I hope good karma comes your way.

I'm finding quality of food is slipping nationally. This store is always clean and great customer service.

Wont keep doors open till closing time. Says open till 11 but closed doors by 10. Not impressed.walked there took me 30 mins got there 10 mins after 10 yesterday doors locked. Just got home from work cant go there.its 9: 55 I dont drive.doors lock in 5 mins. 2 nights in a row they lost out on my money cause they cant stay open till 11 like they say. And only do orders for people who drive.so disappointed. In service
