I love the burgers, fries with habanero sauce but their wrap is a no no, too dry and not tasty.

You are lucky to get someone take your order let alone finally get it. Every time I am there the customers are peeved. Back last summer the Mc Flurries were on sale and the manager said that if I wanted a topping that was an extra cost. Not extra topping, mind you just one of the regular toppings. I said it was just a cone in a cup then. The pictures show it comes with a topping on it. They would not budge and l left it.

The door on the handicapped bathroom was broken for months without repair. I felt bad for anyone handicapped. This McDonald's brings the reputation of the company down but the owner of this franchise doesn't care. All about the money over any sort of customer service.

Charged for someone else's order. I mobile ordered a bottle of water and a large drink to pick up in drivethru.
. They tried to give me food at pickup window. I gave them my mobile order code and explained it was just the two drinks. Took her a while to find it. Got drinks, drove back to London home, and I'd been charged $24 for someone else's meals.why won't the store take responsibility? Call.your bank? They said it can take 3 months for investigation and money back.

Furious at lack of accountability

Feeling like this is a forced one star. I would take less stars but that's not an option. Not that my rating matters but I can guarantee you that you won't be back. Not such a friendly location. I ordered 2 big mac meals today. They must have been rushing because both of my big macs were completely over dresssed, like a big mac salad. I called about an hour later to let them know. Carole answered. I explained my situation and she hesitated to let me know what she could do. She said she would replace my meals.

I showed up about 15 to 20 minutes later I went up to the front and told the girl that was working there that I'd spoken with Carole and she was going to replace my two meals for me. She said okay one second I'll go and get her. I waited and Carol came over. She had the most pleasant look on her face like as if I ruined her day just by showing up. She said what can I get for you. I told her I had talked to her earlier on and she said she was going to replace my meals for me please and thank you. She shook her head like as if she didn't know what was going on and said it was for only one meal I said no actually it was for two meals. It seemed like she took out her frustration silently on the registration.

At that point I felt like I shouldn't have said anything like the other times and just never went back to that location again as she carelessly handed me my receipt.

From the looks on the crew members faces it kind of looked like they didn't have fun being there then I realized that they could have potentially been because of her and the atmosphere she creates. I can say that I would be happy to work at McDonald's but if I knew that she was my boss I would not be happy to go into work at all.

As I write this review I really hope that a crew member can read it and think to themselves ya she really is like that. Bad bad karma to be acting like this.

Next time I have to go to this location I hope that they do not mess up my order and if they do like they normally do I won't say anything.

Really terrible.

One of the most dirty disgusting places I’ve ever ate in. Trash bins over flowing, ketchup spilt and tracked out the doors. Garbage all over the tables because trash and tray racks full to the top. Spilled drinks on the floor swimming in napkins. Unbelievable that they could serve patrons in this swill

I ordered a spicy Mc chicken and wasn't going to eat it until I got home. And when I looked at it.it was burnt and had a tiny drop of sauce you could barely see it.all the lettuce was inside the box and not on it. Disgusting I won't eat it. I didn't think I'd have to check it before leaving. So disappointing. I took a pic and somehow I can't post it.you wouldn't believe how black it looked. The whole reason I ordered it was for the spicy sauce and there wasn't even enough to see it.

Never will understand the "decline straw at the pick up window" phenomenon! Am directed to wait in designated area for staff to bring out my food, and miraculously that straw declined at window is now in my bag. Should take that magic show on the road.
Yes I did not complain about the redirect to wait for my food as my coffee cooled, as that seems pointless with the number of times it happens as I look at the waiting area. Sorry there were no special requests!
