Even though I never got use working here over some lame high school job course since September 1992. The only people deserve to work here are my most hated people Mr. Shawn Roberts from Exeter High School, Stephen Dooley, Walter Karstulovich from Ajax Arc since 1997, and Joanna Harding from Whitby CLOCA.

By far the worst service I ever had at a any restaurant. I ordered with table service that was not available but nobody told us so I was expected to leave my child un attended because the staff and management were unable to manage the restaurant. I asked the attendant twice for my food and she said it wasn't ready. I went up again after the rush and it had sat there cooling off for some time. I tried to complain but was told that the food should be fine. It was cold, stale and burnt. This location is a day disgrace to the McDonald's brand.

I go to this location every morning on my way to work. The usual lady who works the drive-through is great. She is friendly, works quick, and is accurate. This morning, there was a different employee taking orders in the drive-through. She must have been having a bad day. We were on the second line for the drive-through speaker, and no one was attending it because 3 cars on the other lane got served before we drove around and went on the line that was being served. This is not usual. Service is usually pleasant. Then, when we got our bagles, they barely had any cream cheese in them, and it was all in the middle. Hopefully, this was a one-off because it was never disappointing before. Also, there is a large population of unhoused people who will approach your vehicle and ask for food or change. Sometimes, they will walk out in front of the car while in the drive-through lanes, so keep an eye for oncoming pedestrians.

Came in with a huge breakfast order to treat my team at Christmas. The staff were efficient, friendly and cheerful

Absolutely ridiculous having to go through the drive thru only to be told to wait in one of the reserved parking spots and waiting for the longest time to get my food. They gave me the drink at the window. I had to get out of my car and go into the restaurant to retrieve my food. No straw from the guy at the window or in my bag. I will never attend this location again.

They got my order completely wrong, when I asked to speak to manager ignored me and he won’t come and talk to me or solve the problem, it was a disaster hearing the employees yelling and calling the manager to rectify the situation! I left and threw food away! Disgusting behaviours this location always have issues with their system drive thru

This location always puts me into a smile. They are friendly and always throw positive vibes. Food is ALWAYS accurate and cooked well and hot.

Coffee was not fresh, nkt newly prepare, it was a while earlier prepare. Same Hashbrown cold like take it out from fridge.

Excellent excellent service food is always fresh and hot friendly staff that always tell you thank you and always greet you with a smile Patsy is an excellent customer service and she appreciate her customers and tell you that and will always go the extra mile for the customer
