Ordered a hot chocolate on the self-order kiosk. The screen said my order was being prepared and was ready but it wasn't actually being prepared until 6 minutes later and I was in a rush to go. I finally got my order which took less than a minute to make and as I drank it, it tasted like hot water with a hint of milk.there was no chocolate taste whatsoever like the last time i ordered it at a different location. Not only is the price exceptionally high compared to Tim Hortons' version, it also tastes terrible for being almost twice the price. Extremely watered down and has almost no taste at all. There's no way im going to spend almost 4 dollars on warm water again.

Worst service ordered junior chicken and wanted patty to be well done…. And i have gotten a very uncooked patty that i cant even eat…. And tried calling them and they wont even pick any calls

Been coming to this McDonald's since I was a kid 30 years ago. Probably has gone through many ownership changes.
Good atmosphere restaurant that has had many renovations over the years.
The stores around the plaza have changed alot, but good to see that McDonald's has remained here.

Just way too many bad experiences at drive though.order mix ups all the time. And once a few years ago they spilled hot coffee on me. I know these are teenagers working here and I'm usually not angry but there needs to be a leadership change to teach these young employees how to work in society. Garbage

Decent McDonald's location where most of the stuff is on par with what you would expect of a McDonald's.

+1 star for exceptional service and friendliness from the staff. They do make an effort to make kids feel welcome by including free balloons, colouring sheets and crayons.

-0.5 stars for accuracy of food prep. This particular location has messed up takeout orders on more than one occasion and sometimes the sandwiches are assembled kind of callously. Today, my quarter pounder had about 4 pieces of onion and one slice of pickle. Not a total deal breaker, though as mcds is not exactly known for artisan level craft when assembling their burgs.

-0.5 stars for atmosphere. At busy hours, this location is riddled with obnoxious teenagers who absolutely kill the vibe for anyone else. Whether it's screaming profanities at the top of their lungs, putting their shoes onto the tables or popping all the balloons meant for kids, it's unfortunate to see any establishment spoiled by this debauchery.

This McDonald’s has some bad employees, they need to reconsider the attitude of the staff before hiring them, they’re so unprofessional and rude. They need to learn how to at least “act” friendly. It’s so disappointing.

One of the dirtiest locations. Garbage bins inside are full and piled up. Same as outside.

It's a McDonald's after all! It may be a nice experience with nice staff and/or nice food sometimes, and it may be the worst experience due to rude staff and/or terrible food sometimes. Always busy but not always clean. Very noisy with lots of teens and kids screaming.

Yet another woefully understaffed location. One person making the drivethru at 10: 50. Took 20 mins for 2 McMuffin combos that were preordered on the app.

Good location and quite busy, most of the customers are school kids, talking loudly.so if you are looking for quite Mcdonald store.avoid this location

I loved going to this McDonald's personally for various reasons:
1. Staff is friendly and welcoming
2. This outlet is close by and its 24hrs
3. Quite spacious and calm environment.
4. We will get unlimited coco cola, orange juice and nestea.
5. I usually have only McChicken and they prepare it really well.

I had to wait for coffee for over 19 minutes as the cashier started preparing the order and and in that process, let half the order and went to the cash register and no one else could finish the order. Orders after me were served, but i had to wait, shift supervisor was helping but, could not check what and why the order was pending and they were not that busy.
No excuse for messing up.

Am fed up from this branch, always something missing, ketchup, dressing & just now for the first time in my life fries without any salt, zero salt.it's a drive thru order so I just discovered when I left. Am fed up

I ordered a regular ice coffee they accidentally gave me a vanilla iced coffee when i corrected them they gave me a new coffee that was half ice while laughing

Ordered one thing at the drive thru and it was incorrect. Didn't get what I paid for.
