McDonald's

I ordered an ice coffee from this location - as I will do once in awhile. Sometimes the coffee is made wrong, or not cold at all its as if they didn't have any cold coffee prepared and just poured hot coffee into the cup and added ice. This time however, I went to take a sip of my ice coffee, excited, until I realize there is garbage in my drink. Literal Garbage, empty tea packets it looked like, packets as in not just one. My confusion is how is there empty packets of tea bags at the bottom of my iced coffee cup? Honestly this is probably the worst experience i've had at a Mcdonalds, and would not recommend it. The staff are rude, all they do is yell and give you attitude, the food is sub-par, overall a bad time.

Never have a "fast" drive thru experience. Even when I am just ordering a happy meal, always have to wait on the side for at least 10 minutes- it's a very busy location.

Always missing something from order- whether it be sauce for nuggets or the actual nuggets themselves, I've had to drive back to this location for my missed items with upset children crying cause they forgot their main items.

Avoid location if you are able to!

They park every order and screw up 50% of them. Which is made worse lately by the fact that it’s as expensive as actual food

Stafford kind and helpful spacious good atmosphere for music and updated fixtures. They also have touch screen options at the lineup to take your order and pay and also scan your phone for McDonald's app which is useful and beneficial for getting rewards and benefits/ discounts.

We ordered the new adult Happy meals, we didn't get the Happy meal toy or the boxes, still cost 40 bucks, 20 minutes later I realized we didn't have them when I pulled over to eat, so I called and they were happy to say come back I'll give you them what you need, and they threw in a couple apple pies for their mistake. Food was as good as you can expect from McDonald's, no complaints there, but we only seem to get half a box of fries, which is always a shame, and again, 40 bucks for a couple of nugget combos, what is the world coming to!? Regardless friendly service, big smiles, we'll stop here again on our way through, sometimes these things happen!

An egg blt is not a single slice of ham on my mcmuffin, the servers are wonderful but things can take time and the orders will get messed up on occasion wasting your money for what you ordered

Me and my boyfriend waited half an hour to receive service at the front counter while everyone ignored us. Once our order was taken we spent another half hour waiting for our food and when we asked about it the food was waiting there and wasn’t bagged. The food ended up being cold and wrong.

This McDonald’s should be awarded a trophy for the most unorganized service ever in McDonald’s history. I refuse to come to this place I’d rather drive 3 to 5 miles to the other side of town. At least I get good fast service

So, it's McDonald's and it's supposed to be the same no matter where you go right? Nope. So, breakfast after a wedding. Coffee and an egg McMuffin. McMuffin was fine as was the grease sponge (hash browns), sorry it's my word for them. They were good. But the coffee! Ah. Both of us are looking at each other thinking that there may be something wrong with our taste buds, but nooo. The worst coffee I have ever had. I mean no amount of sugar and cream is covering that up. Burnt, weak just nasty. I have had McDonald's coffee in the past and it has been fine.not this one.

We are from our of province and I have a special diet. I asked the cashier for a suggestion for my beverage and I loved what I got! Thank you for making us feel welcome.

Clean dining room, clean washrooms.breakfast fast and hot.

Do not purchase mini donuts went there asked for six assorted and got 2 different kinds I guess the staff doesn't know what assorted means, and they were stale not worth wasting your money

Cathy was awesome and showed our group such great support, helping with a few kids who are on the spectrum, to ensure they had a great experience. We will be coming back again because of the customer service we recieved all due to Cathy and her exceptional techniques with the children.
