McDonald's

I go to this branch often with my boyfriend but have never faced such an issue before. Last evening when we where there, there was this food item that was received cold and we usually never face that. When I complained, they said it’s made like that, I accepted and came back. Then my boyfriend again went.they said the same, he accepted and while he turned his back to come back, he over heard them saying “Saale desi”. My boyfriend ignored it, but I will not, this is racist and totally unacceptable. If you want a translation, ask your staff. Even though they themselves were mostly South Asians.
If this is not addressed in a timely manner, mark my words, I will register an official complain.

This is the only McDonald's I go to in the area. Service can be a bit slow, there are lots of workers, few will help out on the cash if you are placing an order manually.

The managers (the ones in the suit, or formal clothes) tend to lift the fries 2 minutes to 1 minute before they finished cooking which gives them a very oily bad taste.

With all that being said it's McDonald's, 85% of staff are probably high on crack anyways.

This McDonald's is one of the best. It's 24 hrs open and is on a main crossing. There's parking and drive in as well. Inside the outlet as well, it's spacious and well furnished. Service is good. McDonald's food is same everywhere, tasty, sufficient and economical as well. That's why people love it around the world.

The temperature inside was so cold that it didn't take long for my nuggets to get cold and hard

The sandwiches are too salty and a bit dry. It's ok as a last resort. Not sure why the food never has satisfied me at this location. Good Food for people in a hurry that gulp down their order without wanting for tasting anything. I had the Breakfast McChicken and did not like it. It's Not for me. I might change my mind on other orders but so far the Big Mac and this breakfast chicken sandwich didn't meet any of my expectations.

Most of my order was incorrect, but the worst part was being charged for a full Double Quarter pounder, and only getting just Quarter pounder in the box!

If food this burnt is sent out to the customer, I really worry about what happens behind the scenes that we don’t see. Cleanliness? Food safety? Yikes. Not good.
