McDonald's

Just came here, got a crispy chicken Thai chilli wrap. Waited 20 mins for it. Finally get it, go home start eating, No chicken in it. You guys forgot to put the chicken in the crispy chicken Thai wrap. Unbelievable.

Busy as all can be. Service was great for the amount of people there. 15 orders in front of me and the consumer are the problem. So much entitlement and no one can wait. Bus load of 20 kids unloaded to just go in and use the wash room and didn't buy a single thing.

Glad to see they are busy, hopefully they can stay open going forward and staffing issues are done with

I order mcgriddle combo on saturday and it was cold. The pancake buns and bacon.

When i arrived on Sunday to order i told them the meal i got yesterday was cold and please make sure it was warm today. They say "ok i apologize" but when they give me the food it was the same cold bun and bacon. It felt like the sandwich was 6hours old already

Ordered a wrap with no tomato, got tomato. Had to get a new iced coffee because it tasted like water and the manager was making the food WITHOUT gloves on. She would also go around doing and touching other things, then go right back in to making food without washing her hands. Will not ever be returning to this location.

Great place to take the kids, there is a big playplace at this location. Great to get some energy out, and some easy food. Having the food delivered to the table is a great additional service they provide. The staff was friendly and quick with bringing our food.

Came in to get a coffee after a long drive. The garbage was overflowing my order taker was not wearing a hair net.
The place was a pigsty.

What has happened to the McDonald's I knew?

Very rarely do I go to McDonald's. I was looking for an ice cream. I was surprised by the change in the menu. Their selection has many healthier choices than in the past. I will definitely look at visiting again when I'm looking for something quick to eat.
