Jaspreet kaur is the rudest employee i seen in my life. Even they don’t know the mean of costumer service. She need to learn first and know how to deal with costumers. I think this type of employees helps you to shut down your business. I ordered junior chicken combo with large fries. They gave me Stale fries and burger too. I throw out my food. Feel so bad today.
There table service is a joke. I ordered 2 mcflurries and waited almost 20 minutes for it. Then have to go to the counter and remind them about my order. If u cant provide the service then don’t advertise it.

SUKHPREET KAUR the worst csr working over.so rude so arrogant and dont know how to deal with customer, dont understand how she got hired. She is simply working as the CSR but pretend as she is the owner of this mac D mountain ash loc. Praying for her position not gonna stay longer the way deals.

It is okay. The food comes out as asked and they rarely misread what I order. The service is simply good. The atmosphere lacks every once in a while. Rarely, I’ll see the occasional flies. It is not really this Mcdonald’s fault, but I believe the other two closet locations are better (better design/has a playplace).
I liked their customer servuce. Tables were clean this time. The afro american ethinicity lady was very professional and did a great job serving the tables. I hope the management appreciates her. All the other employes also provides good service.
I've eaten McDonalds for years and in several different countries and this is one of the best locations I've been to. I've had a handful of mistakes on my order (not really their fault with how slammed they frequently are), and the first of those locations to bring activity sheets, crayons and balloons to the children. 5/5
Edited 06/23/2023: Do yourself a favour and drive a bit further to go to a more competent location. Read other reviews of this place besides mine to confirm. I just can’t even anymore with this place. Mistake is on me for going here again despite my past negative experiences. WRONG orders most of the time and today was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. Get new management.
ORIGINAL REVIEW 2018: I really avoid coming to this location as much as possible. Even though it's the closest to my house, I prefer going elsewhere because this place gets my order wrong more than half the time, not even an exagerration. I'm literally sitting in the parking lot right now because my order was wrong from the drive thru and my husband had to park and walk back inside to have it corrected. What a waste of time having to line up again for their mistake. And this has been the case with this location for YEARS. We should have checked the bag before driving away from the window, but we forgot because we're used to the great service from other establishments.
The staff really needs to learn how to make coffees, asked them for 1 sweetner but either added multiple sweeteners or added sweetener in addition to regular sugar. They messed up multiple orders and the same issue occurred again. 1 sweetner means 1 not multiple and not plus sugar.
I guess this is what happens when franchise owners are looking for cheap labour without giving them any training. Look at all the other reviews about the service at this location, do yourself a favour and just go the another McDonald’s location on bramlea road.
Have been going here since I was kid. The staff has recently changed and the food has given me the WORST food poisoning I’ve ever had. DO NOT GO HERE. And especially do NOT get ice cream from here.
I ordered McCrispy, medium fries and drink. It was delivery order. And to my surprise half of order was missing. When I am trying to call them they not pickup the call. Very disappointed service.
As a dasher they made me wait more than 20 mins outside the store and they were not even replying the bell and while asking one of the employee on duty, he said his shift was over so he cant help and the manager on duty on June 16-17 overnight shift didn’t give us any reply about that closed the door rudely. They didn’t even answer the phone or respond to the situation.
Talk about confusion at the drive thru window this morning. At the window they gave me the wrong order. Once my order was confirmed I thought they gave me the order correctly, once I drove off guess what I found meat in my breakfast sandwich had to go back and wait over 10 mins again. Anyways it’s a busy morning I guess.
They need to sort out the garage situation at this location. Literally we have to sit by the garbage bins to pick up the food. It’s not a pleasant view.
