While overall it is a good McDonalds, with some friendly staff, the Drive-thru experience is very sub-par and almost a complete scam.
There have been numerous times where items on my order are left off whenever I go through the Drive-thru. For example i've had times where I order upgrades like a large fry with a meal only to get a medium and have to park and go into the store in order to correct the mistake. I've had the wrong breakfast orders given to me (such as receiving normal egg mcmuffins when ordering a sausage one) and didn't notice till getting into my office because, naturally you aren't going to go through all of your items when you have 15 cars lined up behind you. Most recently I went through the drive thru to get some breakfast, ordered a meal with an extra hash brown and did not receive the extra hashbrown.
I've also noticed that whenever you go into the store to correct their mistakes the managers will give you attitude like it's your fault something is wrong.
Employees and Manager need to do a better job at ensuring the customers are actually getting what they ordered and not being scammed out of money for not receiving the correct orders.

Extremely deplorable service in terms of wait time. I waited almost 10 minutes in line at the drive through with only a few cars ahead. And then was told to wait more for two simple burgers. Incredibly dissatisfied with their service

Horrible drive thru service. They’ll literally take 1 order and wait to order until the first person has already gotten their food. Waited so long in the “wait here” spots off to the side that I would have been late if I’d waited any longer so just didn’t get food. Been giving them second chances for 2 years as it’s one of the only places near my work open late but have never had a good experience here.

They were so unbelievably slow, and the food wasn’t worth the wait.
Cold cold fries, and the bacon was so over cooked, as well as a poor excuse for a wrap that I got, tell me why a chicken wrap doesn’t have chicken on it? Needless to say, livid.

Good place. Plenty of sitting options. Also has a play area for kids (socks mandatory, but they sell for a minimal price if you need a pair). Rest was the usual mcDs experience. Fast service and tasty fries

Whether you look at the cup half empty or half full. My morning drinks never come out fully full. Just pour a little bit more!

Food is done right in the mornings but it is very slow. They only serve one car at a time. It has taken me almost 10 minutes to go through the drive through and I was the second car to the speaker. By the time I pulled out the line was out of the driveway and it is like this most weekdays.

We stopped by McDonald's for a quick meal and used the drive-through to order a 20-piece nuggets. As we approached the first window, we noticed an unpleasant odor in the air, which was quite off-putting as we were about to eat.
The employee, Het, was friendly and took our payment. At the second window, we received our order. However, we were disappointed that we were not given any napkins, and since we didn't have any extras in the truck, we had to resort to using the paper bag to wipe our hands.
Additionally, the drive-through layout seemed inadequate for larger vehicles, as a truck in the waiting area caused other vehicles to perform a two-point turn to exit safely. Trucks asked to wait should be directed away from the stream of drive-through traffic.

Food order came out super fast, faster than 90% of MacDonalds in GTA I have ever visited. No Ketchup at the counter or in my order. Also no one cleans the dining area. Hope they could do better.

Payed for a Grand Bigmac with bacon and didn't get it, most people don't have time to go back into the store and wait again. Thanks.

Hands Down or Hands Up, doesn't matter, this is the best McDonald's location I have ever been to! The food is great, the service is awesome, the place is clean. When you have ordered Mickey D's a couple times in your life, you might notice that your sandwich and other menu items are assembled differently. Fries can be tossed in the bag and the box thrown in and the burger can have random order of ingredients with the piece of cheese on the side of the box. Here, the order is always prepared with precision. It's a McDonald's which truly delivers 5 star service.iIwish this was a little bit closer to Toronto but when I travel east I always stop by this location.
