McDonald's

Food was exactly what you expect at a McDonalds but I have to say, the washroom was the most disgusting thing I had ever seen. I mean yeah, it's a fast food place, but the smell and everything you have to clean up and there is urine (or I pray it was just water) all over the floor. I'm glad I had lousy shoes on but it was like walking a mine field for the dry spots.

Not that big of an order only 2 ten nuggets, filet fish, fries. Ordered for the family, I only wanted a jr chicken. The jr chicken wasn't in the bag when I got home

There is one old very unapproachable cashier there that is always very miserable. I actually started using the machines because of her

Food is decent. Service is always bad. Staff are not polite at all when giving you your food. They just say your number and don't even look at you. No thank you, no smile, just take your food and leave. Staff should learn a little customer service goes a long way. They got the order right at least.

Sign for patio says open until 9: 00, however closed on a beautiful day at noonhour! Cashier said it closed for the winter! Winter starts December 21?

I'm sitting eating and they sweep up a storm of dust under my table. Geeze. Scraping chairs. Can u not do that under the table where we are eating? Common Sense.

This medonalds is extremly busy.they ate fast to a point had ever only one mistake but all is good at the Golden arches.lol

Tasty sausage and egg McMuffin. This location is bright and sunny in the morning. Good coffee.

If you want fast food. No. If you want cheap food. No. If you want a Big Mac made properly. Sorry no. 20 minutes for a McDouble is fine dining.

First time eating at this location. Super fast service. Did mobile order sitting in the car, by the time I got in the building from walking across the parking lot my order was ready. Food was cooked and complete to order.

Why does this McDonald's (along with Queen and Woodfield) always have to be such Pig Sties along with really horrible service.

Disgusting!

Missed part of my meal, burger was dry, manager lady was so rude telling me I had eaten half of the sandwich instead of acknowledging the issue and resolving it. Mcds is not what it used to be: (

But the second time now my order up on the board has been taken down before it's been received on top of the milkshakes that I ordered three days ago weren't even mixed. Employees should be taken down in order before it's received.

The service still has room for improvement.
The good? Time between ordering and getting the food in my hands improved from 15 minutes to 8.
The not so good? My drink had no ice at all and was served low (at least 4 fingers short which was fixed after I sent it back but come on.). My dad ordered hotcakes and they forgot to put the syrup in the bag as well.
Try to have at least two proficient and sociable staff at the front please? A little too much priority is on the drive thru service.
