Lady at drive thru window is not happy to be there. I said goodmorning twice. And only received a response of the price 2 times. Then they don’t have any eggs ready in the morning.so I’ve been parked for 5 mins. I’ve never had an egg take more than 5 minutes to cook. Do better McDonald’s. Do better.
Megan is very rude and doesn’t care about customer service AT ALL.never coming back here, all thanks to megan, fire her immediately if you want customers to actually come to this location. Food is pretty good though.
Should not advertise that they are open 24 hours when they are not. Went to the drive thru and he told me they were closed for 1 hour and couldn’t accommodate my order (which was a soft drink only with nothing else no food). Waste of time. Really disappointing when one of the few places in town that’s open 24 hours isn’t actually.
Just got a peppermint mocha here and something was wrong with it. It tasted like watery chemicals: the consistency, colour, and taste was totally off. I’ve ordered it a few times a week all month and it was fine. The manager made a fuss when I asked if they could remake it. Maybe they just cleaned the machine or something but it was definitely not right and even potentially dangerous.
We had an issue with the McDonald’s app and the girl who told us they didn’t have our order was no help at all, then got told they didn’t have caramel for our Sunday, not even 2 mins later someone else ordered one and they had the caramel. What really bothered me the most was the fact they made a McFlurry and left the machine wand dirty. That’s gross.
This McDonald's location provides quick meals but falls short in maintaining a clean dining area. While the food remains consistent, the cleanliness of the seating and surroundings needs improvement. It would greatly enhance the overall experience if they focused more on tidiness and sanitation in the dining space.
This store is a incompetent mess. They can't get the food right, they can't manage simple orders, and they refuse to provide refunds. I've tried them a few times - mornings and afternoons, drive-thru and curbside, and it was pathetic failures every time.
Cx service is terrible ppl are litterally shouting since they have been waitong forever and they dont ever care or attend the cx even please fix the staff attitude
I think it’s pretty rude to make someone pull up into a spot to wait for their drive through order. Drive through is meant to be quick not order park and wait……… especially for one breakfast sandwich
I have had several unpleasant experiences at this McDonald's location. During my pregnancy, after eating half of my burger, I discovered that it was moldy. The staff's response was simply to replace it with a new one. Tonight, after having dinner at this McDonald's location, we experienced discomfort in our stomachs. The checkout process is different from what you would expect at a regular supermarket. In principle, regardless of the number of items you have, the "first come, first served" rule applies without any special circumstances. However, at McDonald's, if you order even slightly more items, you are placed at the end of the line to collect your order. Furthermore, two of the female staff members provide poor service and engage in private discussions about customers.
I went in for their iced coffee. I don't really like how the parking lot caters to online orders. I am also not a big fan of the order kiosk-not because it isn't useful, but because of how many useless steps you need to follow. The ice coffee was good.
This places keeps messing up my orders you ask for no ice they give you ice you ask for a 10 peice nugget meal they don't give you the fries the drives is garbage they need to learn to listen instead of listening to their ear pods
20 adults ladies went for dinner on this location on a rainy evening which minimum people were inside the store on 7pm. Before we start to order and get placed the manager of the day (Wheng) shows up so rude and several time notice that we are allowed to stay in restaurant just for 30 minutes as they wrote the rules on door. We sat at the end part of the restaurant and all tables were vacant.we start to order but again she bothers us to remind, we need to sit just for next 30 minutes. At the end we decided to leave as they even don't know how to deal with customers.
