I didn't order a 6 piece nugget for you to THROW 2 of them away and not give me my dipping sauce. The service here is dogwater. Thanks for essentially stealing my money!

Went through the drive thru worst experience. We got pulled up to wait for our order. We sat there for 20 mins. Someone came to the window and had no idea what we had even ordered. We waited again for someone to bring us food to check. When I mentioned to the lady about the situation she did nothing. She was more concerned about other cars and where they were going to be pulled up to, didn’t even listen to what I was saying. Horrible customer service. Extremely disappointed

Rude staff, No customer service skills. Don't understand their menus or how to fix them. Cold fries too!

Will definitely not be returning to this location. Had to wait 20 minutes for 3 wraps. Was told it takes time to make the food.

No refills at this location. No self serve nor will the staff get you a refill. Go to another one, the one on Chemong Rd has a better climber for kids anyway.

Waited over 25 minutes stuck in the drive thru line up (only 3 cars), while 5+ employees stood outside 'hanging out'. And finally at our turn they had no ice cream left.

There was a bug in my bun! They remade the sandwich but my appetite was already ruined. This place was fine before the Reno but now it is terrible. Huge wait times, terrible seating options, and buggy food. The tables were all dirty. If they’re still this bad after the Reno they’re not gonna get any better.

We went to McDonald’s around 7: 44 on joue 4th 2023. We ordered a Big Mac meal NO pickles (spouse is allergic) and a cheese burger add mayo and 6 nuggets. Our Big Mac had pickles on it and mayo and our cheese burger was regular which is not what we asked for. The nuggets were beyond stale, almost like a hockey puck. To add it came to 23 dollars and I gave the women at first window 30 and then realized I had 3 dollars and asked to take back the 10 and give her the 3 and she said no. She said she can’t hold up the line as needs to get everyone through fast. At this time there was no cars in front of me and only 3 behind. If you are rushing through to get everyone threw i expect to get what I paid for. I appreciate fast service but u even had to get pulled to the front so if I’m having to wait already why couldn’t my food be made to fresh and properly. I would have came but but already home and was not going to go back to be rushed again
