Lovely to have an upstairs part of the restaurant for people to sit and eat, but it was disgustingly dirty (tables and chairs and floor) when we went and the garbage cans were overflowing

Have to wait in front of the store every single order. Orders are generally wrong.

We eat late so we had a double cheeseburger each and cold fries. Our dogs enjoyed me meat pattie and my husband found the burger dry. The service was too quick and I feel we got leftovers

I bought iced coffee which was only for 1 dollar for the small size. I like McDonald's but the last time I bought the iced coffee it was so sweet so you might need to tell the cashier that you want less sugar.

Seriously? You type the order in correctly, but make me wait for the wrong food. I have never seen such poor service. The funny thing is, my spouse thought spending $8.89 on a Double Quarter Pounder was ludicrous. Spending it on a cheeseburger? What is wrong with your franchise? Not enough bad publicity yet?

OMFG, when people special order, it's often because of food allergies. Only cheese and pickle means NO KETCHUP.

I hate your store. I no longer trust you.

Service was quick and the food was made right, don't have any complaints

They gave me the wrong wrap.
I have a medical condition where I can't have spicy food, and they gave me a spicy wrap.
